Supplement Recommendations?

I'm 5'8 - around 166-168lbs. with moderately low body fat (my abs are visible, but they've been in much better shape before.) I used to run a lot, and I had an injury that effected me for nearly two years, so I was just lifting weights so now my body fat isn't IDEAL for me right now. Well my injury is much better and I'm back into running...so I'm looking for the best supplements to take that will help me burn some of my fat and tone me a little more and get my abs back into tip-top shape. I know it's a majority of my diet that will effect this, and my diet is in check for sure.

any recommendations would be awesome!

thanks.

Try running (CARDIO) for a few weeks for starters you may not need any supps. Why use somthing if its not neccessary.

haha...did you not read my paragraph? i've been a competitive distant runner for years, i was out for a couple of years with injuries and now i'm back into running.

i'm just looking for some healthy supplements that could assist me.

hey, i think he's in the right direction...try to change ur diet around and start some different training, i'd suggest HIIT and it should break ur plateau.....suppliement wise try glutamine, creatine, crea-alkyln and maybe some diff protien......stay away from the methylated products they can cause liver issues, but man just change around ur training....somtimes your body can get used to a 5 mile run everyday...and you after a point you won't make a difference at the same pace, same run everyday

Diet is everything..Do cardio on empty stomach and cross train with bike 20min/Eliptical 20 min/12-15 min 2 mile run.Warm up and cycle with intense for 1-2 min then 1 min rest on all cardio equiptment after a warm up.
Try a high complex carb drink(dextrose,waxy maze,gatorade)after workout/cardio with Glutimine & BCAA'S and Vitamin B,C & E for antioxy purposes,protein shake (30-40G)20-30 min later.
Try 4 more meals 3 with small real carbs(apples, oatmeal, greens)
And try 2 chicken breasts,8 eggs(1yolk),lean steak and do that for 8 weeks and problem should be corrected.
