I would like to take a second to let the ladies of 'ology know that there are plenty of supplements offered at NeedtoBuildMuscle.com that are perfect for women to take.
First off is our own brand of whey protein powder named WheytoBuildMuscle which comes in 9 different flavors. You can find more info here: Whey To Build Muscle

Next is Need2Slin which is a cutting edge repartitioner. It allows you to still eat carbs and lean out at the same time! You can read about the science behind it here:
Need 2 Slin

There is also Gear which is a "protein shake in a pill" and is easily one of our most popular supplements. It also has BCAAs mixed in too and really helps your muscles feel fuller all day. Check it out here: GEAR

We are also now carrying a line of chewable supplements called PowerChews.
There are BCAA, Glutamine, Creatine, and a new PreWorkout. They are fruit flavored and very easy to keep with you to pop in your mouth while you are on the go. Please take a look at them at our site: Powerchews Bcaa's

If you ever have any questions on any of our products please feel free to pm myself or one of our rep team here. Please check us out on our home forum as well. All are welcome!

I have used Need2Slin with great results,

I love the Expresso, strawberry Cream, peanut butter choc/ and my fav is Ice Cream flavor whey to build protein.

I also like N2KTS pre work-out.
I'm now taking Forged burner, it gives me the energy, focus I need.

These are great products Ladies !:elephant:

This all sounds great! This may be a stupid question, however would all of these products still be recommended despite that fact that I only lift two days out of the week and do cardio the other five? I may change this in the near future to lifting more and doing cardio less.

Thanks so much as always!

No question is stupid Lauren ;)
You would still benefit from the supps, but ofcourse like anything else, you will get the most benefit if you have a good base Diet/Cardio/training routine.

you would benefit from the N2KTS pre-workout, When I took N2KTS, I literally looked like a crazy women on the treadmill..lol
I was on a roll :spin:

You could also take Need2Slin now to help you maximize every calorie u eat, or Forged burner, Forged has a good appetite supressor..

Thank you Mrs. P :)

I most likely will purchase these supplements from NTBM. Do you prefer Forged Burner over Need2Slin or are they both equal in your opinion?

Thank you again, you are always such a help!

Well, Forged Burner I've only been taking for 2weeks, so far I like it, it give me a good steady energy through ou the day & no crashng feling at night, which I love.. It gives me that extra kick & is a great fat burner too.

Need2Slin is a carbohydrate shuttling compound, it shoots carbohydrates and other nutrients to your muscles, it commands insulin to do what you want...is good if you are looking to loose fat or gain muscle or both..

I ran N2Slin for about 7 weeks and I loved it, I might run it again soon.

Let me know if u have any other questions ;)

Thank you ALL for the info! I think Need2Slin sounds like the better fit for me if I had to pick btwn that and the Forged Burner, only bc I am not looking to burn fat right now. I WILL keep it in mind tho :)

Hope you're all having a good night!

Lauren

I have a lady friend on forged burner right now and she's loving it! I would definitely recommend it to any female looking for extra energy appetite suppressant, or just a good fat loss product.

I take 1 capsule before my workout & that's really all I need, I know some take 1 cap AM & 1 cap PM.. I think that would definitely be too much for me.

Sorry if I should have started my own thread, but I thought this fit here.

I am wondering if women can take HCGenerate or Bridge & if so, how/if the dosing should be adapted?

I'm looking for ideas to boost test levels a modest amount naturally & have tried many other supplements over the past few years, such as tribulus & DHEA, but never noticed anything.

I have noticed a significant decrease in sex drive over the past few years (but I am in my late 20's so not menopause related) & my Dr has tested my throid & apparently it looks fine. I have a lot of symptoms indicating that I am 'estrogen dominant' so I was thinking that if I could elevate my test levels I might reap benefits in this department as well as in all my training.

(I am not a newbie in the gym or to proper nutrition - I have been in the gym for 11 years & am a competetive athlete)

Thanks for any thoughts on the matter.

You should start your own thread on this issue. Estrogen Domiance is mostly controlled by diet, exercise, healthy lifestyle, and hormonal treatment. In women, estogen levels often get imbalanced due to progeterone levels decreasing and not enough progesterone levels to "eliminate" the estrogen. You should look into female remedies to handle your progesterone levels. And you should discuss with your doctor your options. I wouldnt recommend HCGenerate or Bridge for this condition as hormone levels in males and females work differently. Although, I dont think either of these would be potential harmful to you.

I've been talking to my doctor about to see what her thoughts on the matter are & having a lot of tests done but so far everything is coming back 'normal' - yet I have had consistent symptoms for 3 years, w/ a noticeable increase in the past 12 months.

I was also looking at either Bridge or HCGenerate to give my training a boost & as possible PCT in the future. If it assists in the other stuff, then that's just a bonus.

Thanks for the response - I appreciate the input.

Well in that case I cant tell you from personal experience how these will effect you as I've never tried either - however there is warnings on both prodcuts you may want to check out before hand. And the HCGenerate does say it is not same for women so I would avoid that one. I also have heard of other women using Bridge with no issues.
