how do supplements mix with gear? do you have to be cautious at all?
i currently take

purple k creatine
superpump (pre workout)
mutant mass
fish oil
and a multi

planning to run test prop 100 mg EOD 8 weeks

i take a few supplements,just the basis,lkie youve mentioned,and i never have problems
 
Those pre workout drinks give me bad anxiety and the shakes.
I'm pretty basic when it comes to sups because most of it is garbage.
Multivitamin
Flax oil
V B12
Ephedrine
6 Star protein powder
InfiniteLabs - Massport, post workout for the past 6 weeks. It's the only sup I ever used where I actually been seeing results from using it. Other than Flax and Ephedrine.

yea i quit the pre workouts a long time ago,gave me the shakes and bad anxiety.....i started usiing ON's new amino energy,doesnt have but just a touch of caffenine and no stims,and alot of good BCAA's,EAA's etc...i love it

Agreed. I have spent way too much money on shitty supplements with empty promises before I learned better. Most supps are garbage and I only stick with the basics as well.

Casein
Whey
Creatine
Glutamine
Amino Acids
Fish Oil
Glucosamine

Those are my staples right there and will probably stay that way.
