AAS do cause small amounts of short-term damage to cells due to their interactions with their respective mechanisms.
Now, there are 3 main organs:
1. Heart
2. Liver
3 .Kidneys
(This is for AS users anyways. I will not include the Pancreas because there is very little you can do there.(Yes Macro I know.
But Insulin use by BB'ers is a very small minority)
1. Heart:
r-ala: 600mgs/day or ALA 1200mgs/day Take your pic.
Magnesium: 6000mg/day
Co-Q10: 100-200mg/day(Expensive BUT WORTH EVERY PENNY)
r-ala and Co-Q10 both increase oxygen transport to the heart which Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) decrease.
2. Liver:
600mg r-ala pretty much about covers it. If you run high 17-aa cycles, just add Tylers to the mix with sylimarin and selenium.
You can use racemic ALA too at 1200mgs/day
N-Acetyl-Cysteine(NAC): 4000mgs/day
Some oral/inj. steroids reduce cellular glutathione levels dramatically leading to heaptoxicity. r-ala raises intracellular glutathione levels by 50-70%. By adding C0-Q10 even more.
3. Kidneys:
600mg r-ala and 1200mg racemic have some effect. But for the kidneys the only thing you can do is drink PLENTY, and I do mean PLENTY of water. 2 Gallons/day or more. Thats 4.0L or more for you europeans(myself included)
IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THIS REGIMEN YOU WILL EVENTUALLY DEVELOP PROBLEMS if you're unlucky.
Remember that your health is PARAMOUNT.
This is what we call a safety net.
Got this from a bro on another board... thought it would be a nice addition becuase it is important IMO
