Sust, Deca & Winny

At 217 lbs and higher body fat count than I would prefer,
What can I expect from a Sustanon (sust), Deca and Winstrol Depot cycle.

I know the sust and deca will beef me up (with alot of water retention)
but will the Winstrol (winny) do much for me, while using these two bulkers.

1-10 weeks 500mg Sust
1-10 weeks 400mg Deca
8-12 weeks 50mg Winstrol Depot EOD

will the Winstrol (winny) leave my muscles looking more solid or will the water reten interfere?

Personally I wouldn't throw in the Winstrol (winny) within the cycle if your trying to bulk up, either go quality or stay bulk. Sust and Deca will cause water retention, but if you use lower than usual dosage it might do something, but all in all dont stack the winny.

first off

what type of sust and what type of deca, also just save the Winstrol (winny) and do like an eq prop Winstrol (winny) cycle to cut after you have bulked. because Winstrol (winny) isnt gonna do much with a cycle like that its more for if your lean it will make you harder and leaner by adding LBM slowly. again though alot of this applys totally to your diet not what u take.
