Sustanon 350 veyron flu????

Hey guys started my 3rd cycle which I'm running legit veyron pharma sustanon 350 first shot a day later started getting flu / fever like symptoms .... Pinned Monday and today Wednesday still feel like shit .....I'm happy to tough it out if this is normal or should I can the sus ????
