I am 32 yrs old 6'2 250lbs I have recently lost over 30 lbs from diet and daily jogging and cardio. My target weight is around 235 . I'm almost there but I want muscle definition ripped look. I got some sustanon 250 Clen and winny . I know I want to do a min of 10 wks 500mg a wk on the sus can someone give info on how to stack the rest? Thank u.
