i dont know people say they feel propionate within an hour or two,

it was 1 ml = 250mg, actually

i pinch every 4 days

ps. forgot to add that i made a switch from cypionate due to the package mistake, so i was 9 weeks on cypionate and pinched this susta now. never had anything to do with propionate ALONE as well...
