Hey everyone. Nexy cycle will be sustanon for 10 weeks, 500mg a week. drol for weeks 1-4 at 75mg ed. What do you all think. Is this good? First cycle. I have ran dbol by its self in the past (not really a cycle) Im 6'2 about 200lbs, lean, bulking. I will injecting twice a week, mon and thurs. 250mg each time. Or should I inject before becuase of the the fast acting esters in sus? Any suggestions? Thanks.

Prop is 2 days and phenylprop is 3 days.
DUANABOL, I think it is important to have all 4 esters constant , if there not , what is the sense in doing Sus? You might as well do cyp or enan. The hwhole purpose of doing Sus is "because" of all 4 esters. I'm not sure I follow what you are saying

I'm not saying "you can't" grow on twice a wk shots !! I did one shot a wk for my first cycle and got pretty good gains , but the way sus is made up and to make all the esters work , you need eod shots. There is a ton of info backing this up. But hey.....some people a hard heads You might as well shoot enanthate or cyp and not waste money !!

Ozzy, I'm not saying that shooting Sus EOD isn't good. I just think that it's not necessary because of the other 3 esters, which only require to be injected twice weekly. Remember, each ml only contains about 30 mg's of the propionate ester. Aren't the other esters much stronger on a mg basis?

Testosterone (30 mg propionate, 60 mg isocaproate, 60 mg phenylpropionate, 100 mg decanoate)
Therefore, only 12% of Sus contains the prop ester.

I know it is somewhere that shows what each ester is in mg's , I'll have to look for it. But I think the 2 props are 30mg each as you said. I forget what isocaproate and decanoate are in mg's.DUANABOL said:
