Switching routines....please help.

My workout is now going to go to a 6 day split (legs, back, chest, legs, shoulders, arms, Rest)...4x10 on most everythinet g, sometimes 5x10...what would you guys recoment as far as percentage of max used per set? I've used something like this in the past and it worked better than the results i'm getting lately doing 1x10(40%) 2x8 (65%) 2x5 (90%)...

Say my max is 400 on bench

Should i start at 50% and work up by 5% or 10% through my 4 sets? I'm going for strength and size. Thank you. Anyone recomend anything? Any advice would be appreciated?
 
6 days per week and hitting compund moves above 90% youll surely can almost no strength after about 3-5 weeks

we have a ton of routines posted in the sticky at the top of this forum
