Today was my first day on T-Rex. I took my pill around 5pm and was at the track by 6pm. Even before I got to the track I knew I was in for one hell of a workout. I do my cardio at a 1/6th mile track , I warm up by running 1 mile at a moderate pace and then I walk one lap to cool down a bit. I noticed that 3 laps into my warm-up mile I was already begining to sweat. I usually don't sweat till I start sprinting. Im sure it's fairly uncommon for somebody at 12%b.f. to be sweating in 40 degree weather. So after i finish my warmup it's time to get on with my sprints, I sprint the straights for 6 laps so it's a total of 12 sprints followed by a cool down lap and then I continue to sprint for 6 more laps. I usually have trouble completing my cardio because it's pretty strenous but today I found my self focused and determined to finish and I did I was drenched and I felt like I could keep going. It felt surprisingly easy today. I remember telling my self I felt like I could do this every day although I don't do this anymore than 3 times a week. So far so good...I hope I don't have trouble sleeping tonight.
