T shots and AI timing? How much does it matter?

I was doing taking my adex day after my T shots, but it's come to a point where I'm forgetting to take it and not realizing until the day of my next T shot, thinking I'll take my regular dose the next day. Is there any reason not to take your adex on the same day as T shots / Hcg? Right at the same time, or 12 hours apart.

I take my AI at the same time as the injections. I do it because it makes I easy to remember to take it. I feel remember to take it is far more important than trying. optimize the timing curve.

How many times a week are you taking your AI though. Also, and I only ask this because of timing. I believe I read that Dex has a half life of 46-48 hours. So if your Test shot peaks at 48-72 hours, wouldn't you want the Dex a day to day and a half after the shot, so Dex is very present when the Test peaks? Maybe I'm over thinking it, it would just seem to make sense.

Sure, you can try to optimize the timing of when you take your AI. Time the peak TT levels with enough lead time for the AI to kick in. Bit if you can't remember to take it at exactly 3am in the morning two days after your injection what good is it.

I find that taking my AI at the same time as the injection works perfectly well at managing my E2 levels. This doesn't have to be perfectly optimized usibgg differential calculus equations. Close enough is often just fine with TRT.

But good for you if you can try to optimally time when you take every medication.

Point taken. Are you only dosing once a week, or e3d, etc.?

i think in the end, you're still going to have the same amount of total e2 circulating. whether your adex peaks at the same time as your test, or if it peaks when test levels are lower it's still going to blocl the same amount of aromatization in total so i don't think it will make a difference in the long run.

No one has ever been able to figure out a.i.'s on TRT even on a standard steady dose over a long period of time.
Estradiol is either too high or too low. You will never see it dialed in perfectly over the long term.

this is very true...even is a dose feels right, it could be very slowly lowering or raising e2 and every now and then you may have to skip a few doses, or take a few extra to get back to where you want to be.
