T3, Clen, or ECA????

Right now im 6'1 210 and looking to cut to 195/200 by august. I weight normally 220 with regular diet, and training. ive always been very lean. had a six pack since I can remember and still do..

my diet is clean..im not starting the cut until may so my only cheat food right now is peanut butter, but ive already found a near fat free alternative for when the cut comes around..

my question is what do you guys recommend. i hear people say the sides of clen can be unbearable, and it is catabolic. t3 can be dangerous with thyroid production, is not catabolic, but leaves your muscles feeling soft because of restricted blood flow. ECA...i dont really know. ive used lipodrene before saw good results but id prefer to get my hand on the real ephedrine.

any thoughts?
 
i'm on some clen/t3 right now. as long as you watch your dosage....especially the t3, it can be very effective but it also melts some muscle as well so you either want to run an AAS with it or else risk losing some minor musle as well.

I'm currently running clen/t3 with some S4. first time so we'll se e how the results go
 
T3 eats entirely too much muscle IMO. Clen or ECA with morning cardio on an empty stomach and good diet will give you good results.
 
i pretty much decided on clen. t3 is a bit too much for me right now. the only way i would ever use that is if i ran aas along side with it to prevent muscle loss, but that wont be for a while.

i actually plan to use the clen during an osta/igf-lr3 cycle..at least i want to..

i already have my diet planned for the run, and im already really lean. id say 8% if i had to give'er a guess. i have veins popping everywhere already..arms, shoulders, tri's, quads, calfs, and obliques. always had a 6-pack..last summer had an 8-pack for a few months until i had to train more for my upcoming season and not the beach bod.

im hoping the clen along with the osta/igf combo will keep me at a consistent weight without loosing too much weight, and with my training and diet regimen get me back to around 5 or 6%
 
I just complete a clen/t3 cycle. Worked good for me . I was asking about it a lot and you'll get mixed anwsers. Some people love it some hate it. I say I like it because I didn't get killed by sides like some do.
 
I have used clen and the clen/t3 together and they all work great for cutting. If you have never used ether than just the clen will work. How are you going to run it? You might want to look into getting taurine and keto to supplement with the clen.
 
Used all three.

Clen+T3 with a nice dose of test is great

Clen alone is decent

ECA gives me anxiety and works pretty well but I find a big rebound affect
 
What about Albuteral, instead of Clen+T3 guys? Ive done the Clen + t3, but yes you need to be on something that will help save muscle. I dont like the shakes from the Clen and thats why Albut is said to be better.
 
Eca gets my vote also, I have a script for albuteral and still choose the eca stack over it. It just works better for me.

Albut is a pretty weak fat burner but it enhances endurance unlike Clen so I find it awesome for running/cardio/sports.

I really enjoyed Albut during the hockey season when I do lots of playing and running. Endless endurance.
 
what are the proper dosages for ECA?

You should start slow with say 12.5mg Ephedrine and 100mg caffeine and slowly increase to 25mg E/200mg C three times a day. Space them a few hours apart and try to take your last dose before 2:00pm or so.
 
I have just finished a 2 week cycle of clen. Topped out at 80mcg because of crazy shakes and migranes and they were 40mcg, but, good results. 5'10 start at 190 14% down to 175 at around 7%. I did lose some muscle mass, but want to stay lean for summer. I actually have T3, Winstrol (winny) and Test laying around as well but have not touched, Any advice using any of these if planning next cycle?. Want to stay lean. I am 43 and have not done a cycle since I was 28 yrs old. I know I need some Test at my age now but want to keep low dose. Thanks Guys !@

Your body is already making a "low dose" of test, the next stage would be a moderate dose of 400-500mg for 12 to 16 weeks. I say do a moderate dose and put on some good size, and really boost your libido.
You could run Winstrol (winny) the first 4 weeks, but your probably just going to feel like shit (sore joints, shit libido,etc). Winstrol (winny) is hard on a 20 year old body, much less a 43 year old one. Unless you've taken it before and you tolerate it well?
If you're generally just feeling like shit it might be worth going to the doc and getting your natural test levels checked out. If they are low, you can get a script for test, which will bring back your natural "low dose"
Take that T3 and throw it out. If you can make those kind of fat loss gains without it, there is no need to destroy hard earned muscle any further.
 
Help with Clen

I'm wanting to start a cycle on clen, done t3 before but only did 3 weeks as headaches were to much.

26 year old female, heavy lift 6 times per week including cardio 3 days HIIT.

BF 20%- Good shape all over, I cannot shed the bit of fat round the middle and sides, tried everything, carb cycling etc.

I'm strict with my diet now
breakfast-6 eggs, 5 whies 1 yolk and turkey bacon

mid morn- protein shake and strawberrys

lunch-chicken breast and sweet potato

afternoon-brown rice with tofu

dinner- chicken breast with green veg

shake before bed

I train first thing in the morning before work at 6am

How do i cycle clen? what sides would i expect? should i do two weeks on two weeks off? must i take 5mg of taurine whilst on?
