Great work house keep up the good work. And remember your not really getting smaller just less fat. Hehehe think of it this way you just added 27 lb to your squat while dieting :)

I wish I had the thread, but from what I've read, multiple people tried 25mcg/day and 50mcg/day with *no gear* and didn't have excessive muscle loss.

Also, you have to consider two other things:

1. 25mcg - 50mcg/day is the *normal dosage* for people with hypothyroidism. And you don't see them walking around at 80 lbs; 25mcg-50mcg/day is enough to keep them stable.

2. If you take 25mcg - 50mcg/day you'll most likely still fall within the "high-normal" range on a TSH test. Fonz's posts on EF are an example.

My only guess is that this "rumor" about T3 eating muscle without gear got started by people that were taking 50mcg/day and eating for shit, or on low-cal diets like 1200 cal/day. If you don't eat enough protein throughout the day, or you drop calories too much you're going to lose muscle...but I wouldn't blame that on the T3 at that dosage.
 
I wouldn't base how to drink a glass of water of fonz. He has been on fina for an extreme length of time, so of course t3 isn't going to hurt him.

Granted 50 mcg may not strip away muscle if you eat at maintenance levels, but how many people willing to take t3 to loose weight are going to eat at normal levels while taking it? Not many. Besides adding fina/test only helps change body comp and you can be more forgiving of what you eat as opposed to t3 alone.
