Women + T3 = No no

Why do you say no no? My wife uses it when she competes and it works great. The trick with T3 is that you have to take it correctly. If you don't you can be depended on it for the rest of your life.

So my suggestion would be not to mess with it until she has had more experience with gear. This is not something you just try to see how it works.

she only wants to run it for a one time gig...if she decides to run it, i cant stop her, so at least i could tell her a good dose and time on...anyone have any ideas?

I wouldn't have her go over 50mcg/day, and it would probably be a good idea to just go up to 25mcg/day.

Either way, I would slowly ramp the T3 up over 2 weeks:

6.25mcg - 4 days
12.5mcg - 4 days
18.75mcg - 4 days
25mcg - however long

And ramp down *slowly*:

18.75mcg - 8 days
12.5mcg - 8 days
6.25mcg - 8 days

Make sure she keeps an eye on her pulse, as rapid pulse rate is the bad side effect to watch out for.

All that being said, why doesn't she just get a referral to an endocronogist, get her thyroid levels checked and maybe get some meds prescribed???

she wont crash hard after this 2 weeker will she..also, if she wants to run it again, what should the off time look like?

2 weeker??? Wtf?

It takes 2 weeks of T3 just to start seeing fat-loss. I would guess 2-3 months is a better T3 cycle.
