Taking a week off.

i'm taking a week off. i think that my body is asking for it.... i have made good gains in strength over the past 15weeks. just getting over a feverish weekend and figured that this would be a good time to recover completely.

any advice on my eating schedule? should i keep on my normal eating schedule? other than the malto and dex post workout of course.
 
I don't really see any need to drop cals during a week off, you probably could use them. I mean you are recouping.

yes, recouping. i was sick over the weekend. its been about 20 weeks ir so since i have taken a week away from the gym,,,, so i just figured that its about time anyhow. kill 2 birds with one stone type thing. ya know.
 
If I have a week off training, I end up taking a week off the diet too. I am not that strict with my diet anyway and I always eat heaps of protein, just means that I let myself it more "junk" food on my week off
 
i have been very strict about my diet, i have decided to not vary my diet by much. just not going to have the PWO dex and malt. other than that i'm keeping everything the same. thanks for all of the replies. oh, and i'm currently in the middle of a cycle just to let you all know.
