Hi I am about 100 pounds over weight, and I can barely get around, and my girlfriends husband got some Dyno Balls and said if I took them it would just melt the fat off of me.... I would like to know if they are a steroid, the side effects, I am a diabetic and on blood pressure pills... I am a young, but out of shape 54.. would these be safe to take to lose fat weight?

eat right and go to the gym... there is no magic pill to get some ones ass in shape... thats your best bet or your probably going to get diabetes and or something else and die... ppl dont realise how much better life is when your not a fat ass... your killing yourself. you will feel so sososos much better. good luck. get a personal trainer and join a gym.
