Taking inj. win sublingually??

Hey bros been a while, but didnt know where else to go on this one and couldnt find anything in the archives about it, but getting ready for a show and have been using Winstrol (winny) always have taken oral either in solution or capsule and lately my long time source went bad due to our countries "war" on evil anabolics. But anyway i found some IM Winstrol (winny) 50 mg/ml and was told my someone knowledgleable on the subject that I could still take sublingually, very skeptical about this especially since I belive its oil based so wanted a second valid opinion before starting anything.
