TDEE, Is this correct?

My stats,
Age 25
weight 189
Height 5'8
Bf 15.5%

Did I calculate my BMR and TDEE right?

BMR

189 x .115 = 29.29

189- 29.29 + 159.71
370+( 21.6 x 85.9) = 2,225.44
THIS IS MY BMR


TDEE

I workout 5-6 days a week, More towards 6

2,225.44 x 1.725 = 3,838.12
 
1.7 is pretty active I use 1.8 because I work construction and workout, I have you closer to 3350 but im not the diet guru, and that's still using 1.7

I train 6x times a week and I train people so Im always doing some lifting throughout the day , I dont know if that would make a difference.

your lean body mass is 72.7 not 85.9 check your math
 
your going to have to justify that 1.725 multiplier.. i use that for professional athletes
