Teach me about exercising the calves. I seem to have a genetic advantage, since my calves are much larger than average, so I have no excuses. But I'm clueless, so I might need a little more detail than the names of the exercises. For example, calf raises. I assume that I stand on a board. Do I do that in a cage, or for that is it okay to use the hated smith machine?
Also, number of reps and number of sets is important to know.
