So I'm here at the office this morning and I thought to myself, "I wonder if somebody might have brought donuts in today and left them for people to eat in that one common area." I walked down there and sure 'nuff, three boxes of donuts. I quickly grabbed a coconut donut and a cream filled donut. The cream filled donut I should have avoided....full of sugar and now I don't feel so good.

I'm not a bodybuilder. I don't compete. But I do want to look good. I've actually had really good success in changing my body composition during the past couple of months.

Anyway, what is everyone's perspective on this? Should I just avoid eating shit like this unless it is necessary for a professional reason?

I always bring food to the office that is healthy, so it is easy to avoid the donuts in the break room, the building we are in has a full service cafeteria that will make eggs to order so I usually have an omelete when I get to work. I actually hate donuts they are too sweet.

can you stop at two? and limit it to once a week or so?

man seems like i have to stay away from that stuff because once i get started i tend to binge(sp) and it takes a week to get back to where i was.

Yeah, I've been bringing in my own food (eg rice, etc) for the past several weeks. It is the only way to avoid eating like shit (running to McDonalds or whatever).

I got overhungry for dinner and ate pizza. Only two slices, however.

Anyone cycle their diet? Like do a really good diet for a few weeks then maybe slack off just a little for a week and then go back on? I'm not talking about binge eating or anything.

Shit I have that same problem with the donuts here at work but I tend to just cut a slice out of one and thats usually enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. I even remove any excess breading from it like a classic sprinkled donut ill just cut a slice and then just eat the icing part and not the bottom half.
