Hey, bro. I did not read everything above, so I hope I am offering something new to you. I had a pretty bad flare up of elbow tendinitis a few months ago. It got awful in the gym. Basically every exercise hurt and hurt badly! I went to my chiropractor (He is also the team doctor for a football team) about it. He gave me one of the velcro straps for your elbow. Basically, you strained the muscle to the point it could no longer do the job you were asking it to do (hammer curls are especially bad for it) on its own, so your tendon started trying to take over.....which it can't do. The tendonitis strap worked like a champ for me. I wore it every day for two weeks from the time I got up til I went to bed, and then after that only wore it during my workouts for a month. It actually got better way quicker than I thought it would. It works because the pad underneath puts pressure on the tendon below the elbow which tricks your body into working differently. You DEFINITELY have to do something because the more you train, the worse it will get. My uncle over trained with tendinitis to the point where he couldn't even open a water bottle with that hand. It can get UGLY, bro! I strongly suggest a quick cheap trip to your local chiropractor. They are excellent about treating issues the right way and not suggesting drugs, P.T., or surgeries. Just buying a strap at Rite Aid or wherever won't solve it, if you don't know where the pad needs to be to take the pressure off the tendon. The other thing is to take it easy on the Naproxen (Aleve). There is a reason their ads are all about only taking one per day. Because overuse of it (more than one every 24 hours) can cause kidney damage....and let's face it, every one of us here is already doing dangerous things to our bodies. If you have any questions, I would be happy to answer them. I know how much it sucked when I went through it! Best of luck, brother!
