Tendon pains

Winter

PR Hungry
Hey guys.

I've been doing "negatives" for my biceps. It works real well, but there's a slight problem. Whenever I get to the bottom for my spotter to put the weight back up, I feel this little stinging / tearing feeling in the gap between the forearm and the bicep. It's right under the bicep bracii. I'm just afraid that if I keep doing bicep workouts that I might end up with tendonitis.

Any help would be greatly apprieciated.

Sometimes your grip may be the problem, I realized that I tend to grip too tight causing tendonitis to flair up. Loosen up your grip and you may feel some relief, this especially applies to bench press as well.

nice atavar

im testing out some equiblock-DT from EFS
it is supposed to be a pain releiver..my shoulder gets very tight after benching i put some on last nite after lifting and this morning it feels a bit looser and not as tight..ill know in a couple of weeks if its worth the 20 per bottle...

a true negative is supposed to be a max or above max weight..prolly not the best idea for biceps..i think if you hit your back with heavy weights and then do some additional bicep work your arsm will grow..provided you are also squatting a deadlifting

That might just be my problem. I hold it real tight cuzz I'm afraid my spotter is going to drop it when I let the weight down. Thanks.

Hmm. I used to do that, but it didn't seem like my biceps grew enough so I decided to try some new excercises for em and negatives was the newest thing around the gym, so I gave it a shot. Yeah, maybe I'll layoff on the negs. for a bit and see what happeneds. Thanks for the help.
