I too am sleeping like crap and wake up every two hours while Im taking 500mg per week of sust, 250mg per week of deca and 200mg per week of EQ.
I've tried ZMA by NOW and I cant tell if it works or not. In fact I would go so far as to say that it doesnt work at all. In fact I think it keeps me awake due to the fact that I get the WORST gas ever from taking it. Dont quite understand whats happening in my gut, but i do know that after taking the recommended dosage of 3 caps of ZMA Im about 20 minutes away from running my wife out of the house and i can forget sleeping in the same bed with her. The stuff is great if you are trying to create a methane bomb.
