I'm 6 1" a 190 and got solid and my six pack back using Var for 7 weeks. Since stopping I smoothed out some but look better than before ( actually while on it I looked the best I ever have at any age and I'm for 53 !!)
I've tried a few times to bulk up and got as big as 213lbs with a lot of waist growth too.
( I started at 180 natural after years of training) When I used test I got puffy and water weight gain. SO I wanted to use test for a cycle of say 250-500mg at the beginning and then switch to 40 mg Var at the end. To keep the weight on and refine. Any thoughts.
My diet has been yogurt, cottage cheese, skim milk, lean meats, fruits and nuts, vegetables, protein drinks and protein supplements and bars . Not much bread or starch.
