Week 4 day 3
Update
Weighing in at
190lbs. Started 181lbs. Want to lose the Fat around the mid section I can see abs below the stupid lil subcutaneous fat. Kicking in more cardio so that should help. I am at 16.2% BF as of Today.
K so Now its been over a week I have not taken any Anavar (var) .
**** This is a note for people that say Anavar (var) does not work****
When i was taking Anavar (var) the muscles felt a lot harder everything inlucing Abs traps, Seratus, everything just looked more defined and harder. Now it is more of bulk look. So if anyone who is looking for a Cut look while def getting some size and nice amount of strength you have to use Anavar (var) at 40mg ED or more.
Test I dont know if it has really kicked in Yet or not because the workouts have been ok. Have not noticed any size difference just feel much bulkier now. Sometime a bit bloaty but that does go away the next morning.
Diet
I am eating around 3000 cals sometimes more i think it should be enough i just cant force myself to eat anymore. I guess Anavar (var) suppressed my appetite pretty bad. I dont get hungry much, i hear a lot of people saying on test cycle they get hungry and eat like pigs but i have not been and have been drying to make it as clean as possible.
Usually
Oatmeal or Oat Cereal to start, Then sometime .
an Egg Wrap with 2 eggs in it or just 2 boiled eggs.
Half chicken with rice or whole wheat bun
Protien Shake with 30g protien and low carbs. Whey
2 Cans of small Tuna flavored.
2 Chicken Wraps as snacks with Yougurt
quater chiken and almonds.
Night before bed
500ml of Milk"IMO Cheaper than Caesin and has important Fatty acids"
Side Effects
No Hair loss, Actually no Real Acne but I did notice some lump thing under my nips so I have started .5mg Adex EOD it has def helped with bloat and will hopefully get rid of the lumps.
