This is no my first time ! Is just that i use to get it first hand at my place and i just moved to a different country now I have been using it for a couple of years and no im not a body builder I actually race bike and just use it for my endurance training. But is ok I knew that asking here was going to be a long shot but I thought it will just worth the risk. Thanks anyways notgill.
