Test cycle question

Rhis is kind of a newbie question, but what is the difference if i run a test cycle and eat 5000 calories a day, compared to eating 5000 cals w out a cycle? Be specific. Ive heard many mixed ideas, but im just trying to get an idea of what ill c. Just strength gains 5 times faster and instead of just getting large, the test will make me bulk? My cycle,

150mg eod test prop
300mg monday and 300 thurs of test E

How much strength will i gain? Size? How will my fat change?
I know ive asked this question b4, but most replies dont answer that question. Lol. I understand diet is everything and i will make sure i eat pretty clean. No candy, fast food, ect. Just a good answer to the point plz
 
Most replies don't answer the question because nobody can answer that for you. Every person is different and will respond differently. I can't tell you your bench will go from 225 to 315 in 12wks. How the hell do we know what kind of results you will get? Yes, test will increase your strength and help you to gain more muscle. Thats about all there is to say.
 
The difference is steroids increase protein synthesis and recovery time, you're food will be put to better use providing you're training hard. Test is test, no need to run two type just stick to enanthate and if it would be your first cycle you should run it for 12 weeks 500mg a week (or 600mg if your test is 300mg/ml) run anastrazole to reduce sides Every 3rd day at 0.5mg and clomid for post cycle therapy (pct).

Strength gain is nothing significant, well it wasn't for me anyway, but I did see increase in strength, you will put on a good size around 10lb of lean body mass. Anything extra will be fat. If you plan on eating 5000 kcals a day you will get fat, your body will not use up 5000 kcals it's way too much.

Theres no way you can say how much muscle he will put on and that anything beyond that will be fat. And you don't know his stats or anything else so saying 5000k calories is way too much doesn't make sense either. The point is everybody is different and everybody will respond differently.

If he's asking this sort of question I very much doubt he's a 220lb ripped monster who needs 4000 kcals to maintain his weight, 10lb of LBM is around average for a first cycle gain???

I was told test is needed for first cycle and im doing prop for first month because they say test E takes 3 - 4 weeks to take full effect. I have a decent size frame and i want huge strength and size gains. Granted, i want to lose my fat. I know i cant do both, so i can do a cutting cycle after a while. I do NOt want to get fatter. But if its needed to c major size and strength gains, i will deal with it. I hope this helps with the results u guys can help me understand. I know everyone is different. So i was curious on an average. What i may c ( give or take a few lbs ). I would b extremely satisfied if my bench went up even 50 lbs. this is my main question. My secondary question, is overload good for a workout?? Ex: 3 sets of 6 on bench. 2nd set, needing help with rep 5 and 6? And so on
 
Ive heard you can pull muscles and tear tendons that way. Ive also heard that cardio 30 mins directly after wake up, is a MUST. What about insanity? How will that change my results? Does it have to
B in the morn? I want as big of gains as pissible.

Well if you're planning on bulking but want to gain minimum fat then eat 3500 kcals, because at 5000 you'll put on a lot of fat. You can measure your bodyfat with calipers through cycle to keep a track of your LBM and fat, use it to your advantage and tweak your diet mid cycle if needed. 50lb strength increase is possible, but everyone is different. Yes go hard or go home.
 
Maximizing results means effective recording keeping. Count calories. Measure weight/BF% and adjust your diet accordingly. Sometimes is hard to fully committ to bulking for fear of gaining fat, I read that many people cut themselves short while on cycle because they're scared of eating too much. Cutting is pretty simple so just save it for when your cycle is over and focus on getting enouh OF THE RIGHT food.
 
Right on. Ive just heard that te more cals, the bigger and stronger you get because you are feeding your muscles more. Lol. Thank u guys. I appreciate it
 
True but when you eat too much not all will be used, how do you think people get obese haha. :P Take the advise given and I wish you a good cycle bro, keep us updated.:)
 
I've just looked at this bullshit and it's not what you want to be doing. It says it the ultimate CARDIO and EXERCISE routine?????? WTF you need to be lifting.
