Hey, guys so I've decided to create a new thread because instead of doing an all oral cycle to cut I've decided to go with a 10 week basic cutting cycle. I'm almost 22 training since I was 15 and weight 225lbs with 14% body fat. Just trying to rip shed as much fat as possible and keep the muscle I have. My diet is very good 60% protien, 40% carbs and other. I play football so I'm looking to get lighter learn and stronger
