Test E & Dbol - Domination Time

I'm going to start the same cycle VERY soon.

Week 1 - 12: Testosterone Enanthate 2x250mg/week

Week 1 - 4: Dbol 35mg/day

and for PCT: Clomid

What are you using for PCT?

ps: Your not eating enough proteins man, you should intake like 300/400gr proteins a day and less carbohydrates, well I'm a Ectomorph so I should take 300/400gr proteins a day.


Did you lose any hair?

What is a Ectomorph??? Is that a Star Wars Race??? Tommy, are you taking any milk thistle while doing D-bol? Just curious, because I'm going to add it next cycle and just wondering at what doses to take it at

ectomorph is a body type. defined as being real thin/scrawny..difficult to gain weight. then there are mesomorph body types..defined as athletic, more toned type of look, wider frame. then there are endomorph which are those typically bigger all around (usually associated with fat mass more than muscle)

I'm not running milk thistle. I have it, but didn't throw it into the mix. I've read some mixed research studies on its effectiveness, but I'm sure it won't hurt if added with the dbol.
 
Day 9: 2/16/10

Solid workout bis and back today. Felt stronger on every exercise and felt strong throughout. Increased reps and weight on most of my exercises. Didn't feel tired at all at the end of my workout. Usually i'm dying as I walk out of the gym but today I felt pumped. Can't wait to go back tomorrow!

Woke up this morning feeling a little warmer than usual. Not sure if it's just me or what the deal is. Weighed in at 183.5. Will be hitting the gym shortly for shoulders/forearms/abs. Will also be doing 4th pin today (left quad)

edit: just got back from gym. felt real good doing shoulders today. didn't want to stop honestly. pumps are nice. clothes fitting tighter and im feeling more full. cant wait for the test to kick in.

by the way, the lower back pump yesterday was killer. almost debilitating

update. popping the dbol like its candy. i took a handful this morning..must have been at least 120-130mg worth.

just kidding. still keeping it at 30mg, but since i decided to spread it out throughout the day, i'm feeling a lot less tired and fatigued.

LOL. I was about to say, "Damn Dude, hope you're ready for your liver to shit the bed at 40".

I think it's a good idea to spread it out over the day, too. Only exception I would make is occasionally using a larger dose before a particularly tough workout. Keep this updated thoroughly like you have been. A good read so far.

Why do people say steroids are dangerous? are they dangerous when you do it wrong? or even when you do it right?

Run Clomid 50/50/50/50 will be sufficient. Steroids are dangerous when they're abused and get in the hands of the inexperienced.

No side effects other than killer pumps, increase in strength, and increase in weight. During the first week, I noticed a little acne and a slight bloat, but nothing major. No more acne since early on and bloat isn't an issue.

Steroids are dangerous. It's not a matter of simply doing it right or wrong, it's a matter of knowing and understanding what you're putting in your body and how to handle any side effects. In addition, you also need to be fully dedicated to the cycle as you need to bust your ass all day whether it's in the gym or with your diet...you need to stay focused.

Clomid will be sufficient for most cycles. I'm assuming you're only doing a test e cycle. If so, clomid will be sufficient.
 
Day 11: 2/18/10

Weighed in at 185.5 lbs. this morning which equates to a NET GAIN of 5.5 lbs. thus far. Pretty damn good in my opinion. I started taking 12.5mg of aromasin the other day for precautionary reasons. I'm definitely feeling fuller and bigger...not by much, but it's a great feeling. I'm going to hit chest/tris today in the gym. I'll let you all know how it goes!:wavey:

edit- just got back from gym. hit chest and tris. had a decent day. felt slightly stronger on most lifts. hit chest real hard today. felt big.

Woke up this morning and weighed in at 187 lbs. That's a NET GAIN of 7 lbs. in 12 days. I have to admit i'm pretty impressed. This weight gain is without the test kicking in. Hopefully the gains continue. I'll be hitting bis and back later this afternoon.

caca07 - It's all dependent on the concentration of your test. Most test is 250mg/ml meaning that ONE ml contains 250mg. It should specifically state what the concentration is on the label.
 
Great workout. Felt stronger on every lift. Back is getting stronger. I feel fuller and the hardness is wicked sweet. HOWEVER, the lower back pump is killer. damn i almost don't want to work my lower back since this pump is about to put me in a wheelchair.

The second week went better than anticipated. Pumps are wicked insane. I'm feeling harder and more vascular during the day, particularly during and immediately following workouts. Strength is on the rise and I've increased weight in almost every exercise. If I haven't increased weight on a certain exercise, I'm certainly hammering out more reps. Clothes are fitting tighter. No more acne and very little bloat, if any. Since splitting up the dbol into separate doses, I'm feeling A LOT less fatigued during the day. Also getting boners more often than usual.

Are you using HCG?

Did you gain 8lbs of pure muscle? or fat?
