Test E & Dbol - Domination Time

Hey, I know where I have to pin myself but how should I pin myself? should the needle go all in? or half in?
 
Woke up this morning at 188.0 lbs. Yesterday my diet was pretty spot on. I've been congested the past couple days and I woke up today with a headache and sore throat. Needless to say, I still made it to the gym and had a great workout. Strength is up once again and although I was battling some cold symptoms, I felt good. On the way out of the gym, a guy approached me and asked, "How do you get big like that? Don't lie to me..." It's a great feeling having others notice your hard work and asking for advice.

I started my 1st cycle this week.

As for the GP Dbol. Other than less fatigue have you seen any other advantage of spliting the 40 mg twice a day? I've read many different things about spliting doses vs all at once.

I have enough that i might increase mine form 40mg to 50mg for week 2-4.

Im only taking 30mg/day. Definitely less tired throughout the day. Other than that, not much of an advantage. I prefer splitting it up, but that's just me. This is my first cycle so I don't have a lot of experience outside of what I'm experiencing now.
 
Woke up this morning at 187.0 lbs. Down a pound from 188.0. I've been eating big the past couple days and so i'm surprised I haven't added any weight. I am battling some cold like symptoms, but other than that I feel great. I'm pretty sure the test is kicking in. Believe it or not, I feel as though I may have lost some fat around the abdomen region. There's no doubt I'm getting bigger. Hopefully the scale will start showing some gain in weight asap!!
 
188.0 today. felt real congested but went to gym early. joints felt achey but managed a semi decent workout. definitely not my best.
 
alot of ppl seem to have these flu like symptoms of test.. its makn me thinkn im gonna get a dang cold on cycle.
 
The cold/flu like symptoms seemed to go away today. Woke up feeling a little tired but that's it. No congestion, no sore throat. Had a solid workout at the gym. Strength is up once again on all exercises. Felt a little tired towards the end of the workout, but that's no big deal. Eating big still.

Kind of an up and down week for the most part. I was battling some cold/flu like symptoms throughout most of the week which mainly included sore throat and congestion. My workouts were pretty solid. Strength is on the rise and weight pretty much stayed the same throughout with the exception of the past couple days where I've packed on a few pounds. I went out last night and had a few beers, but nothing intense. Today is my last day of dbol, so it's all test here on out. I'll be doing another pin today 250mg in right quad.

4 weeks 13 lbs. Not bad Tommy. Glad to see your body weight each week. I was up 7 last week but finished the first week up only 3. So consistent gains with yours.

Yeah, the weight is going up each week which is great to see. Today I weighed in at 191.0 lbs. but that's fine. I'm expecting some fluctuation during the weeks. Today is my first day without the dbol. I feel a little more energetic and positive overall. There is no question im gaining size. I can see it whenever I look in the mirror and other are noticing as well. Strength is up almost every time I step into the gym.

One negative note is a slight pain/uncomfortable feeling in my left shoulder more posterior. Not sure if I pulled one of my rotator cuffs or what, but my range of motion is slightly limited and today when I was doing DB flies on flat bench, it hurt a little but pain went away during the 2nd and 3rd set. Hopefully it's something temporary. I'll take some ibuprofen in a bit.
