test e, eq, var

Starting cycle in a few weeks, 4th cycle. first 2 only cutters, 3rd was test only. 6'0, 195lbs, training 8+ years, 22 years old. Planning test e 500mg/week, eq 200mg/week, Anavar (var) 60mg/ed. Diet pretty much in control (super clean super lean) with 3-4000 calories/day. comments, suggestions, ideas will be graciously accepted. post cycle therapy (pct). Letro. Cycle Length 8-10 weeks still deciding.
 
Not trying to be a douche, but you've been training 8+ years, you have done 4 cycles and your only 195 lbs, you could of reached like 210 naturally in 2 years, you should look at your training/training intensity or diet..... Unless you want to stay at 195 in which why the hell are you doing any cycles.
 
O and if your running EQ your probably going to want to go 14 weeks at least with that, if im not mistaken
 
Wouldnt run EQ at anything LESS than 400mg/wk. Honestly for the best gains I'd go 600-800mg on the EQ. It's pretty mild, also takes a long time to kick in, so I agree with the above poster 12-14 weeks, 6-8 weeks for the Anavar (var) . What are your goals? You said you've done 2 cutters and 1 Test only, this looks like another cutter or a "lean mass" cycle at best. If you are looking for the most size gains (at 195 and 6'0 you should be) honestly if you don't already have the gear in hand I'd dump the EQ for Deca and dump the Anavar (var) for Dbol and make it a real bulker. 500 test wk/300-400 deca wk/40 dbol ED would net some sick gains, even eating a "cleaner" diet.

well hes only 22 and 195 so obviously he is an ectomorph, he started cycling early, probably before he had any idea about proper diet and training, i think the best thing that could be done would be a combo of

a) helping with his diet
b) helping with his training regimen
c) helping with his AAS choices for his cycle

i weighed 225 in september. Got bacterial pneumonia. Questions on the low current weight? lol and yes my goal is to gain some lean mass. I like my current physique, I'd like to gain 10-15 lbs with as little bloat as possible. I liked me at 225 but i was a little bulkier than i want to be this time around, i want to stay lean. My diet is taking me in the right direction for that currently. Still maintining the low weight while gaining size.

you are correct. first 2 cycles i 1. didnt use high enough doses and 2. didnt go long enough. 3. my diet was NOT in check. Which has changed drasticly. But I'm open to any ideas. like i said looking to gain lean mass and i realized that starts with diet.
