Test. E first cycle

just got back from the gym my right elbow is fukn killing me i donu it feels like someone hit me w. a bat in the elbow. It's a throbbing pain after I lift a heavy set like bench press or something. After I hit the bench my workout was pretty much shot i'm gona try some super cysis it's a joint support thats supposed to b ok but any other ideas would be awesome it's killn my #'s and I can tell my strength is going up still

Hey Man;

I'd hit the elbow w/ RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) and ibuprofen for a few days. You might have to shy away from upper body for a couple days. Missed workouts suck (I just tweaked my pec today - so I'll be done training chest for at least a week), but healing is critical to not making it worse.

I've used cissus before, and it works great. Also, extra fish and of course glucosamine and chondroiten will help out the joints. Keep the ice on there 20 min on 20 min off for 2 days, and monitor it from there. If it it still bothering you then, alternate between 20 min of heat, and 20 min of ice.
 
Preciate the advice i'll try icing it now just got back form the gym and it's bothering me a lil bit ..not as bad b.c its mostly chest days that get it. Another thing I'm fukn loosing some weight I am thinking its from the adex .25 eod loosing water weight and for PT i have to run 5 miles almost every tuesday n thursday?...I started doubting my test but the strength gains and the muscle makes it hard to think its not legit. Today i was sweatin like a beast in the gym gains are still goin up but weight dropped...wtf? Also my appetite is rediculous I am eating so much now and still my weight dropped today like i said though maybe bc the 5 mile run today and the adex ...any thoughts!?
 
Hey smoky, i dare say it's the cardio. I am doing a shitload of running and cardio and my weight stays around the same but size and strength are going nuts!

On the other hand if i dont do cardio i put on 2-5 lbs in a few days, lol.
 
Probably the cardio. That small a dose of Adex won't lower your estrogen THAT much to do that. Now, is losing this weight a bad thing? Are you accepting it, since you're still gaining strength? Shit, I would.
 
I guess so but no i am not accepting it i want to gain weight as much as possible and when off cycle I will begin to loose a lil. weight and cut up a lil. bit again but for now just going for weight and power it's really pissn me off. I am going to have to take a couple days off bc of my elbow I am taking super cycsis and fish oil and icing so hopefully will b good when i get back. Get bak on later when i get bak the gym
 
start a thread bro.....Anyway hit the gym today after a 3 day break and elbow still fucking me up started doing lower weight in certain exercises that irritates it and higher reps...low weight better than no weight...even though i fucking HATE THIS SHIT. The test is doing it's job but i think the reason I am at 177 now is that I cannot push any more than I have due to my fucking injury. I donu it's pissin me off I start off w. big weight and feels so easy want to push more but than elbow starts to act up. I definately put that size on though everyone i know has told me i have gotten a lot bigger and a lot of people have asked if i was juicin...just told em eatin big and lifting heavy. ha:thefinger Only negative sides is a lil water retention or somethin n the nips makn them get puffy a lil bit. So started some adex .25 eod and hopefully that should do it. Hopefully next workout elbow wont be so fuked up!
 
I feel your pain man, training with an injury is a nightmare. At least you can shift yours, I have a weird shoulder problem were my scapula stick out instead being in line with my spine and this is puttin pressure on the nerve near my trap, having physio but could take weeks :( limits things like deadlifts and shrugs. Sucks. I'm at roughly the same stage as u in ur cycle. Following :) good luck.
 
preciate it bro yeah i talked to some people and might see a specialist bout this shit but anyway hit back and bi's today went kind of easy on bi's but got a good workout.... The pump was good but can't hit the same weight i'm feeling like my elbows starting to feel a lil. better though more strength training ahead
 
went to the doc today got some prednisone to help with the inflamation said it was like i thought tennis elbow. Got some loratabs for the pain and tennis elbow wrap for my elbow and so far so good. Went pretty light today but thats not that light i just know it's not as much as i can do so i figure that is good enough. The workouts are getting fucking rediculous feel such good pumps and now that the elbow is feeling a lil better libido is through the fukn roof. Gota and wana get more ha! good shit:40oz:
 
i got to finish this test up by the 15th that gives me 2 more shots and i got a decent amount left i put 1.5 in today thinkn bout just using the rest what yall think...prob another 4 injections left or 3 n the bttle
