Ok, so currently on test e 500mg weekly, as well as igf 60mcg pwo.
For my diet it breaks down like this (simple terms):
Workout days: M,W,F
3600-4000 cals, 300 carbs 300 Protien
Off Days: T,T,S,S
3000 cals, 200-300 carbs 250 protein
I am 201LBS 10% BF, is it possilbe I need MORE food? I feel like there is NO way my body can use all the food im shoving in my face!
