Test E+ LOTS of food! I still AINT growin!

Ok, so currently on test e 500mg weekly, as well as igf 60mcg pwo.

For my diet it breaks down like this (simple terms):

Workout days: M,W,F

3600-4000 cals, 300 carbs 300 Protien

Off Days: T,T,S,S

3000 cals, 200-300 carbs 250 protein



I am 201LBS 10% BF, is it possilbe I need MORE food? I feel like there is NO way my body can use all the food im shoving in my face!
 
I should add, I have a LOT of experience w test, and I've ran couple cycles of naps w ok results, but the test e of theirs was extremely underdosed and the npp. Dbol and their sust was ok.
 
I think you should be adding another day to your training but thats just me.

Yup, 5-6 times daily. (everytime I eat).

Been taking IGF LR3 hoping to be able to lessin my insulin dosages.


What type of routine would you suggest that would be a 4x week?
 
Shouldn't be the gear, im on their test C and my friend on their E both of us making good gains 8 wks in.

well the best would be 5 times a week, but 3 is just too little imo.

Maybe try this

Sun- Chest

Tues- back and bis

Thurs- Triceps

Fri- legs and shoulders

I personally like 5 days a week so i would only have to do 2 bodyparts in one workout only once a week, I do legs and shoulders.

I feel if your working out to your FULL potential you should only have enough juice to knock out one bodypart correctly (legs and shoulders aside becuase there at opposite sides of the body)

I used to do chest and tris togeather. Id start with chest and by the time i was done doing 3-4 chest exercises id be DONE and couldnt give me triceps a full workout.
