im gonna try upper the arm for a week and seeing if anything changes. If not then ima lower the creatine to 5 grams.

Just remember creatine takes a month or so to metabolize out of the body after discontinued use so when/if you do drop to 5g realize it will take at least a week or two until the levels drop off that you notice a significant difference.
 
Was going to be hitting the store later tonight and wanted some advice before I went. Was most likely just going to pick up the same foods as I've been eating the past week. And was wondering by the looks of my diet if its pretty clean and good to go. I've tried asking 3j, but he's been gone for awhile now. But before my bulk I did much research on clean foods and good diet, and my diet I'm eating right now is pretty much based off of 3js threads/advice

Going to maybe up my calorie intake by 200, and add more protein in there. Try and increase my protein intake by another 20-30.
 
5/14/13 Day 16 of Cycle

Body- I'm finding my body to be very sore, mostly in the calfs and knee. It's not because of PIP, I was sore for a few days last week and I injected in delts last week. Could this be a sign of estrogen problems? Or a deficient in a nutrient? Looking less bloated looking today, which was great. Wanted to hit sauna yesterday but couldnt since its broken, still broken today. Wanna hit sauna once a week to keep water down.

Diet-

5/16/13 Day 18 Injection Day

Cycle- Tonight will be doing shot of Test-E 250mgs into my leg quad.

Body- Past few days experiencing pain in my legs, not really PIP related since it was going on before my shot. I looked it up, and could be multiple things. So I ended up going to the store and getting some taurine, and yesterday ate some bananas and sweet potato. Feeling better now though. Im looking in the mirror, and I think im actually leaning out a tad. I will be weighing myself tomorrow, but I'm defiantly curious on what I'll weigh in on.

Supplements- Decided to lower down my creatine intake to 10grams a day instead of 15. Seems to have relieved a bit of the bloat, also doing .4mgs of Armidex EOD seems to help too :).

Diet- Past few days have raises my calorie intake too around 3k. Getting a tad bit more protein in. Constant flow of Amino Acids mmmm. And every night with my shake im using Flax Seed Meal which says on the container has CLA, ALA, and Omega 3 in it so thats good stuff.

5/17/13 Day 19 Weigh In

Weigh In- Today i weighed in at at 143 on the dot. Which is 1.3 lbs less then Mondays weigh in. Which Monday I was probably holding some water. I think the fat gain is minimal, but I do see a tad fat gain.

Diet- Same diet but just added an extra serving of peanut butter every night to fatty meal. Just to get a bit more calories in.

5/20/13 Day 22 Injection Day

Cycle- Did injection of 250mgs into my right quad today. Todays shot had a bit of pain. Went in very slowly, and injected very slowly, left in for a minute afterwards, and pulled out slowly. The whole time I felt a stinging pain. Only pain, sometimes I like pain :).

Sleep- Even though i'm getting 8 hours each night, I still feel a bit tired.

Body- Legs are still cramping, even with taurin. My shoulders/traps feel a bit wrecked. This morning when I woke up, looked pretty good in the mirror. May have gained just a small tad of belly, but I am defiantly noticing some gains of muscle.

Gym- Chest/Tri/Cardio

Woke up and did 12 minutes of 30 seconds running/30 seconds rest sort of HIIT. And after weight training did 15 minutes steady cardio

And eww today I poured milk for cereal and it was expired yuck... so much for it suppose to be expiring 4 days from now.

Supplements- Stoped the ECA stack, probably pick it up again towards end of cycle. Adding in ALA pills 600mg to my Post Workout shakes. Also for the past week/ week n half only been doing 10 grams creatine instead of my 15.

Going to weigh in tomorrow, wonder what I'll be at. Yesterday and today I've taken 3 gigantic foot long shits, so by god im probably 5 lbs under.

5/21/13 Day 23 Weigh In

Cycle- Took .5mg of Armidex today

PIP- Damn my leg is sore as fuck today. Have to pull my self up alot. Especially at the gym today during Deadlifts I was feelin in. But pain is pain, man the fuck up and keep going.

Weight- Weighed in today at 145.6lbs which is a 2.6 lbs increase since my last weigh in. But a 1.3lb increase from a week ago. So IDK where my weight is really. I could either be in a 600 surplus or a 1300 surplus haha. My diets clean, so I'd hope I wouldnt be gaining fat. But from the pics it kindda looks like I am.

Diet- Is same, may start going back down to 2700 calories on non workout days and keep 3000 on workout days.

Weighed in today at 147.8lbs which is an increase of 2.2 lbs since Tuesday, and a 4.8lb increase since last Fridays weigh in. So clueless with this diet. Eating 300 calories on training days, and 2700 on non training days. But from macros their higher since fiber count, since I eat from 50-100 grams of fiber a day. Which adds in another 200-400 calories, if you even count fiber. Possibly gonna hit up 3j
 
5/24/13 Day 26 of Cycle

Weight- Today weighed in at 147.8lbs which is 13 lbs total since going on cycle. It's crazy that im going up 3-5 lbs each week it almost seems, when im only eating around 3000 calories. Clean calories if I might add. Lots of fiber and shits, drinking tons of water, getting good amount of proteins. But just going up crazy amounts of weight. Talking to 3j at the moment, I may sign on with him. I know my friends say I look more muscular, and I can see that im muscular. Maybe it's just a bit of test weight, and creatine weight, but still that shouldn't still be effecting me now I'd almost say.

Body- Why is it I find myself staring in my mirror constantly flexing...

Side Effects- My anger is sort of high, I get mad very easily.

5/27/13 Day 29 of Cycle

Cycle- Injected 250mg of Test-E into Quads, been sticking with quads but not injecting right in same spot. Took .5mg of Armidex also. Find it weird that I enjoy sticking myself with a needle, incoming meth addict.

Weight- So I spoke to 3J over the week about my recent weight gain, and also a few other people. 3J stated my diets are really good, but im eating too much. He said if im eating 3k now, I should of started out at 2500. But he'd advise 3k in the end. Which I did 2500 for the first week, and I think 2700 the 2nd week, just past 2 was 3k really. But decided to go back down to 2700 for a lil bit to see what happens. Also a buddy asked what my sodium level was, so I found out I was consuming 3500-4000 sodium majority of the week. So Im switching my diet up a bit and going to try and lower my sodium to 2k-2500. But I drink 2 gallons of water a day, well try too, so I thought sodium wouldnt be an issue. Also taking 10 gram of creatine, and test does bloat ya. All in all, will see after the cycle how much I drop. Tomorrow is weigh in woo lets do it.

Libido- It kind of sucks when I get a random stiffy at work, and im trying to hide the bulge in my pants.

Anger- My aggression seems to be a bit high. Getting more angrier at situations.

Diet- Diet is too 2700 and lowering sodium. Basically took out cheerios Post workout and added in White Rice. Going to try boiling my chicken before baking, just a few minutes to clean them out.

5/28/13 Day 30 (1 Month) of Cycle

Weight- Today I weighed in at 145.8lbs which is a 2lb decrease since Friday, and an overall for the month total in gains 11lbs. Sunday I sat in the sauna and got me a good sweat, and yesterday I changed up my diet to lower sodium intake. I did sauna today also, and since lowering my sodium intake I'd imagine I'll be lighter Fridays weigh in. So 11 lbs in 1 month aint bad, when you put in the factor of 10 grams of creatine, sodium a bit high so maybe a lil water weight from that, and I'd imagine even with .5mg EOD of Armidex I'm holding a tad of water. So I can only imagine in a month I put on 6-7lbs realistically. And that my friends is perfect weight in my eyes.

Libido- I've been noticing my performance during sex has increased. And my orgasm, sometimes are pornstar orgasms hah.

5/30/13 Day 32 of Cycle Injection

Cycle- Tonight after work I'll pin 250mg of Test-E. In the vial it seems like there is more then 1ml left, which may be because of less drawing. So I may draw it all out and load up, if its alot then ill just put it all back in and draw 1ml.

Goal- My next show is in November, which I was in Bantam weight class for last show. Im hoping to be in the next weight class up. I've already spoken to 3J, and I will most likely use his service for when I go on the cutting stage for the show.

Diet- For post workout now im eating 2 White Potato's instead of cereal and honey. Which will probably be the best option in the long run. I have White Rice on the side if i wanna go that route.

5/31/13 Day 33 of Cycle Weigh In

Vials- Last night when pinning last 1ml, it was a bitch to draw it. Had to open the vial cap and kindda dump the liquid in the syringe.

Weight- Today I weighed in at 146.2lbs which is just a .4lb increase since Tuesday. Keeping the sodium down, the water intake high, I don't think I've had a non clean food since the cycle began.

Cycle- Liquid Armidex how I love your sweet taste. If you were some type of drink, I'd probably drink you. Today .5mg of Armidex.

Diet- Next few days may be weird on diet, clean foods but meal timing and calorie intake may be off. Working Sat/Sunday 16 hr shift, going to take some food to work. And just eat left over calorie needs on work foods. Probably eat some Fiber One, Oatmeal, Eggs, Low carb bread, Chicken Breast, Deli Meat (Dat sodium ohh shit). Maybe get some fruits/veggies. It's hard to plan, and can't bring 2-3 Tupperware containers of food.

Gym- Shoulders/Forearms/Arms

Dumbbell Overhead Press 4x6-8 4x50lb DB's (It's getting easier, wanted to try 55lbs but didn't know anyone there to spot me)

I've given this some thought, and lots of research. But I've decided to imput Anavar into my cycle. I'm going to be running it for a total of 5 1/2-6 weeks at 75mgs (Most likely 5 1/2 since I believe thats all that I'll have if I do 75mg ED). Going to be doing it last few weeks of Test, and bridging it into post cycle therapy (pct). Probably stop it 2-3 days before post cycle therapy (pct). I sort of want to get a little leaner while bulking. Plus hopefully it will flush the water out, giving me a more realistic look at how much I've gained on cycle. I got a show in November, and it's not idea to go directly into cutting phase right after cycle. Only have so many weeks to cut down the fat before the show. So please god don't let me gain much fat on the cycle, or more please let me trim some fat. So after cycle I'll have to worry a little less on time for cutting.
 
6/3/13 Day 36 of Cycle Injection Day

Cycle- Injected probably around 200mg of Test-E in Delt today. It was a new vial, and had a little big of problem drawing, got a ton of air. So said rather do less mg shot then getting a ton of air, I'll just do 300mg Thursday. Everytime I pin Delts I always leak a bit after the shot, no matter what I do. And I injected maybe an hour before gym, which hurt like a bitch at the gym an hour later.

Blood Test- Thursday I'm going to the doctors to get a Female Hormone Panel test, to see my stats for my cycle so far. I do want to see my test levels, estrogen levels, sodium, cholestral, creatine, blood pressure, etc just to get a better knowledge on how my bodys taking the testosterone.

Gear- My gear is Pinnacle Labs, and there a good company for sure. But It's begining of week 6 and can't say I feel on top of the world. I know I've had some signs of high and low estro, so im sure the test is legit, but would like to know how well the gear is. I can't say its bunk, since obviously from the log im doing great, but just like to know.

Body- Looking full today, ended up binging last night around 500-1000 extra calories. All those extra calories came from sweets sadly, I had a single cookie and then I went on a sugar rampage 10 minutes later. Looked good and filled this morning atleast. Dropping calories to mait today, and added a bit more cardio in today to make up for it.

Size- Today I was speaking to a buddy, that I havn't talked to in maybe a month or so. He said "dude you defiantly look bigger for sure, I can tell its working". My buddy used to be a gym dude and wanted to try AAS years ago, so he's pretty interested in my journey.

Diet- Same old same old, but a little high on sodium today. Got a oven roasted turkey breast from Walmart Deli for free. Good in protein, but very very high in sodium. I've been boiling all my meat the past week to try and cut their sodium levels down. Also 300 calories less then usual, just cut out carbs a bit.

Gym- Back/Bicep/Forearm/Calf/Core


Since doing blood Test Thurs which is Leg day, im doing 3 days in a row working out so I don't work out on blood test day. So today did back/bicep instead of my usual Chest/Tri since I didn't want to do Back/Bicep Tues as usual then be doing Leg day the next day

Lastly did some forearm/Core exercises and stretching. Did 30 minutes of hard cardio room training after gym. And in the morning I did 15 minutes of HIIT.
