6/4/13 Day 37 of Cycle Weigh In

Weight- Today I weighed myself, knowing I'd be heavier since the binge on Sunday night and the high sodium intake over the weekend. I weighed in at 149.3lbs, so I sat in the sauna today and got drenched. As if I feel into a pool drenched.

Cycle- Liquid Armidex of .5mg

Body- I asked my girlfriend the other day if I looked bigger, she hadn't seen me for a week. She said my arms, chest look bigger.

Side Effects- I've might of mentioned this before, but orgasm on cycle are epic!

Diet- Back to normal diet.

Gym- Chest/Tricep


Chest
Incline Bench DB Press 4x8-10 4x60lb DB's ( I had one spot from a buddy, but the rest of the times I was able to get it in position on my own)
Flat Bench DB Press 4x6-8 3x75lb DB's 1x70lb DB's (3rd set of 75's I ended up getting only 4 reps, so went down to 70's. Still increase from last week)
Cable Cross Overs (Just did a few sets different positions, to hit each area of chest)
Decline Bench DB Flys 3x10 3x50lbs DB's (Decided to go up from the 45's, now hitting the 50s)

*Did like 8 sets all together on easy chest exercises to hit my chest fully. Did 2 sets of barbell bench for decline/Incline/Flat, and did 2 sets of machine flys)

Triceps
Skull Crushers 3x10 3x75lbs (Form is much stable now, compared to last week when I first tryed it)
Weighed Dips 3xFailure
Close Grip Bench Press 2x145lbs (145lbs getting easier, and more stable)
Wide Grip Underhand Bench Press 2x125lbs (Went up 10lbs, felt pretty good)

*Did a few extra sets of these exercises, but with last weeks weight*
 
6/5/13 Day 38 of Cycle

Side Effects or Body- I've found in the past two weeks im sweating more. Might be that its summer time, might be that im holding more water. Just finding Im sweating a ton. Which before cycle I never rlly sweated in the gym.

News- Getting my blood test tomorrow morning. So I may know my results early as Saturday.

Diet- Same ol same ol

Squat 4x6 4x165lbs (Didn't really improve on squat this week, other then an added set to 165)
Leg Press 2x10 2x630lbs (Easier compared to last week)
Leg Extension Machine 2x15 2x170lbs (Last week I said 165, was incorrect and was actually 170. This week was easier)

Hammys

Plated Leg Curl 3x10 3x60lbs (120lbs getting easier)

Cardio did 15 minutes of HIIT this morning. Did some core exercises during workout. Did a few sets of small extra weight on some of the leg exercises
 
Good luck on the results. Hopefully theyll look good. I wouldnt worry about the sweating. I sweat like a mofo on cycle also
 
Hey man keep up the good work dedication right there keeping this log up to date lol I 2nd the sweating problem bro been on cycle this run for 12 weeks so far and I sweat day and night stay hydrated
 
Today was an exciting day, didn't get all my calories in but meh. Went to doctor and got blood test, so I may know results tomorrow. Injected my Test-E. Took some pics, which ill post tomorrow. Gonna do weigh in tomorrow also. My girlfriend that I've been seeing doesn't really know much about my lifting life, keeping that away from her for awhile. Anyways I brought like 2 tupplewear containers, meal replacement bar, package of peanuts, and protein shake along with me today cause I was gonna spend the whole day with her. She was in a shock and awe about the situation. Basically told her I don't like to eat out, and I kindda made her end up feeling bad since she didn't want to eat in front of me so we didn't go anywhere to eat. But by all means when I was hungry I popped my shit open and ate like a champ!

5/7/13 Day 40 of Cycle Weigh In!

Weight- 149.6lbs a total of 14.8lbs since my cycle started.

Diet- Drinking a ton of milk, my milks about to go bad so might as well try it make it useful.

6/10/13 Day 43 of Cycle Injection

Cycle- Injection of 250mg of Test-E, .5mg of Liquid Armidex.
Recieved my RUI products of T3, Ketofein, Clen. Now will be using T3 on my bulk, 40mg ED, to get a more benefit of lean bulk/ nutrients. Clen/Keto is for after cycle during cutting phase for competition, but would be cheaper now to purchase together then seperate.

Body- My neighbor that I rarely see came out of his house today, and we talked. He said "you been working out"? which means I'm defiantly looking bigger.

Diet- Since Saturday I increased my calories to 3k. Also may go a bit futhur since taking T3. I was thinking of inputting carb cycling. Where Wed/Sat/Sun I'd go down maybe to 200 carbs then my normal 300, and up fat/protein.

6/11/13 Day 44 of Cycle Weigh In

Weight- Today weighed in at 150.6lbs (15.8lbs), I think my weight is slowly going down. A factor for the weight gain also may be sodium, feel a tad bloated. Drank alot of milk over the weekend.

Cycle- I think from my calculations the ending date for 15 weeks of my Test-E will end on August 11th, which is a Sunday. My last injection would be on the Thursday of the August 8th. So PCT would begin 2 weeks after that on August 22. Which I believe I will be starting my 75mg of Anavar at July 7th, stopping it a week prior to PCT, which I have 40 days worth of Anavar.

Body- I can't tell if im getting pudgyier in the stomach or my abdominal muscles are getting bigger. Im not low BF % to notice them peaking out, but my stomach is just a bit more outwords in the abdominal area.

Libido- I guess I'll add this here, I think for the past month every morning I wake up with a super hard morning glory. Its a side effect, but a good one. Thought I'd just mention that. Wish my gf didn't live with her parents ugg.

Gym- Back/Bicep/Forearm/Core
I threw my backout during Deadlift, its what it feels like. So I didn't really do much Core exercises, my back just couldnt handle it.

Back
Deadlift 4x5 4x255lbs (Up 10lbs this week, and on the 5th set as I was starting it felt like my back fucked up. So was only able to finish 4 total sets, but fuck its 10 more lbs)
Good Mornings 2x10-15 1x125lbs 1x115lbs (I could have done better on 125 if my back didn't fuck up, first time doing 125)

Soy Protein product was dirt cheap. 100 calories, 20 protein, 3 carbs, 1 fat and its like 60 servings for 20 bucks. So I usually add 1.5 servings into my oatmeal, mix it up and taste like chocolate oatmeal.
 
6/13/13 Day 46 of Cycle Injection Day

Cycle- Injected myself with 250mg of Test-E

Body- I look pretty flat today, could be because im on the 3rd day of my T3 at 40mg. My body is also still in pain from Tuesdays Dead Lift incident. Still walking around with my back hunched.

Aggression- Yesterday I hit the gym, which at the gym I really release my angers. But when I got done with one of the exercises that I pushed to the max, I punched the machine very hard. People eyed me, I think my anger is a tad up.

Diet- Since on T3, im upping my calorie intake. And was thinking of hitting 3500 calories on the days I work out (4 days), and hitting 3k calories on non lifting days (3). But I may just go with 3300 ED. I was gonna do 3k calories, but with the 40mcg of T3 I may go up to 3300 just incase.

GYM- LEGS

Now since I hurt my back on Tues, I couldn't do some exercises to full extent.

Quad
Squat barbell 4x10 4x135lbs (Was going to try 175, but my back was not gonna let me do it. So went with light weight, more reps)

Barbell Calf Raise 2x10-15 2x225lbs (Was going to do 355, but my back wouldnt even let me get it up. Even 315 was to much for my back)

Did a bit of core machines, and 1-3 other leg exercise machines. My back was just not letting me do anything today, was horrid. Hopefully feels better tomorrow for shoulders.

6/14/13 Day 47 of Cycle Weigh In

Weight- Today I weighed in at 151.2lbs

Body- I felt especially tired this morning when I woke up, I think I may have gotten a tad over 8 hrs of sleep though. My back is feeling much better today, but the pain is still a bit there. By Monday hopefully its gone!

Diet- Yesterday I consumed close to 400 carbs, havn't done that in awhile. Now that im eating 3300 calories the carbs have to come up.

Gym- Shoulder

6/17/13 Day 50 of Cycle Injection Day

Cycle- Injected 250mg of Test-E.

Sleep- For the past week it seems I've been pretty tired. Sure I got maybe 6 hours of sleep yesterday and was dead tired, but most days I get 8 hours. Yesterday I didn't even set my alarm and I woke up early. But last night I got a bit over 9 hours, and still feel a bit tired. I don't know what is up.

Body- My back feels much better, tomorrow is dead lifts hopefully im 100% good to go. Also a guy that competes in shows saw me the other day and said "you look much bigger since I saw you last". Obviously told him it was all water weight haha.

Diet- Each day is roughly 3000-3300 calories. Eating more carbs, and a bit more protein and fat. Cutting out bread, and cheese from diet.

Gym- Chest/Tri/Calf

Chest
Incline Dumbbell Press 4x8-10 3x60lb Db's 1x65lb DB's (I can do 65's, but can't get them in position to perform exercise. I had someone assist me setting it up. First time 65's.)
