Hey guys Im planning to start my first cycle of Test E only.
My stats:
6'0 210lbs 25 years old 15% BF
Bench Max: 250lbs
Deadlift Max: 300lbs
Squat Max: 340lbs
My diet is good and on check
This is what Im planning to do
Weeks 1-10 500mg Test E (250mg 2 times a week)
Weeks 11-12 Break
Week 13 Nolvadex 40g everyday
Week 14 Nolvadex 40g everyday
Week 15 Nolvadex 20g everyday
Week 16 Nolvadex 20g everyday
Any suggestions advices?
