test e pin big swollen thigh!

Been using insulin pins for test e doing 600 mg by 2 pins a week along with hcg 2 times a week, abit worried as the site(S) where I am pinning are getting really big and swollen it looks like fat/liquid is gathering there! Abit worried any advice what it could be?

ps on my third week not feeling any extra libido or strength gains?

I use insulin pins, but for TRT amounts, not the volume that you are injecting. How do you even fit the semiweekly 300mg in an insulin syringe? Do you have to do multiple injections?

Might be that 0.5" is just too close to the surface for the volume you are injecting. Try a longer needle.

Yeah i inject 1 full so 1ml basically then 0.2 of a ml so i inject 4 times a week split in to 2 times a week

Also I was doing some reading maybe its just an infection? But I am defo taking precautions eg wiping it down with alcohol ect

Keep an eye on it. You probably just missed the muscle. It will get really red and hot if its an actual infection. If that happens, see a doctor and tell him u had a b12 shot go bad.

Ya you prolly didnt get it deep enough, one thing with slin pins that sucks is the needle bends very easily so you can easily be deep enough to start but if it bends because of a sudden movement or you Z tracked it will bend the needle and you will miss the muscle. What most likely is going on is the oil has been injected into the fat instead of the muscle. You have nothing to worry about it will dissipate fairly fast. If it was an infection it would be abnormally red/pink and hot to touch as well you could have symptoms of a fever. If you have none of that you are fine.
