test e pullups and dips only

Sup guys! i write this for my buddy, who wants to have som wise words from some wise guys ;)

Here is the case:


My buddy bought a dip / pullup bar for himself at home, as he would like to use.

the more simple the better is his motivation. His plan is as follows:

doing 10 x 10 (or until he can) in dips and pullups superset 3-5 times a week. With two of the days which he either do bw squat or pistol squat, and the other two with leg raises.

His goal is not to become bodybuilding big, more lean and athletic, he is currently 87 kg and hopes to be relatively lean at 80-82 kg.

His philosophy about his training is following simple workouts with few exercises as possible, high intensity and no stress of everyday life with healthy food.

He is a former boxer not pro, but have been working out the last couple of years. And together with this routine hes doing 500-600 mg test e ew and when he has leaned out with the test e and diet, he gonna switch some masteron in also.
