it is painfully obvious you do not know what you are doing with your diet OP...
i would guess your tdee is somewhere between 2400-2600 calories.. youre not even eating over your maint calories to bulk
its not your fault.. alot of people are sorta clueless when it comes down to their diet and how to make it work for their goals...
