HGH Man

My girlfiend is sitting here next to me. Now she read in Ron Klatz's book on HGH that test for a woman is a good thing. So she is gung-ho to try some . The question is how much is good to take . I have Test enthatnate and I know it's good for guys as I have been taking it for Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for the last 14 years. She is 5' 4" ,130#, body fat is 25% . She has been working out 3 months and she is getting serious now. Once again ,how much should she take ? Thanks ahead of time for your answers ladies .

test isn't for first timers... and your girlfriend frankly hasn't been training long enough to see results on her own with proper diet and training.

what is her diet and training like? we can tweak if she wants to come on here for help.

This is hgh Man's girlfriend. I know I am new to all of this but I would really like to persue this. I go to a gym 4 to 5 times a week. I I do a variety of machines there, also the eliptical machine. I have a Nordic Track at home I jump on every night. I am trying to eat right but I am open to any & all suggestions about diet & working out. Is there any thing I could take that might help me to reach my goal. I.m not trying to be as defined as most of you, would just like to lose about 20 lbs. & feel better. By the way I'm 49, if that helps. Doesn't help me though. What about something called PGH? I have an opportunity to try it, what do you think?I need dosage & any info on it. Thanks for listening & trying to help me. I'd appreciate any comments. Thanks again!

Like Sparkly said, you are no where near ready to venture into Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) use. Most of us trained for years before ever running a cycle while some members remian all natural have have great result.

AAS will NOT cause one to lose fat. If your goal is to lose 20lbs that is going to be accomplished through diet and cardio. I know this probably isn't what you wanted to hear but honestly it's the best advice you're gonna get.

You're enthusiasim comes across in your post. Channel that energy into training hard and getting your diet together. If you get all this in order, you will see change.

We're all at different stages of staying lean or trying to become leaner... it's hard work with gradual change. I know it may become frustrating at times but just know we're in the same position you are fighting that uphill battle. Use this board for information as well as support. ;)

AAS WILL NOT HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT!

Especially testosterone! Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) is for BUILDING MUSCLE! So, unless you want to add 10 lbs of muscle under the 20 lbs of fat you want to lose STAY AWAY from it. PERIOD.

3 months is not nearly enough time to even consider trying ANYTHING. Diet and training are the key to getting into shape, losing weight and looking good, not drugs.

My advice is to start a thread about your current diet and training regimen and let us help you with that.

Thanks for all your replies to my questions. As you can tell, I need all the help I can get. My diet consists of protein shakes in the morning before work, a salad with chicken or fruit for lunch. tuna or chicken for dinner. I'm not real big on sweets but my downfall is salt. I have been going to a gym by my house that's in a college. I try to alternate my routines every day, I don't use weights every day. I always do my nordic track every night during the week. I also like to run on the track at the school when it's nice out. I am open to any suggestions as to what machines would be more helpful, & any diet tips. Again thanks for your time & patience.
