I'm sure this isn't quite what you were referring to, but since I started Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) my bf % has gone down about 1-2% in spite of my diet of McDonalds and Krispy Kreme. I really can't explain it, as I don't understand how increased testosterone would increase thermogenesis...but apparently it does. Maybe it's made me more insulin sensitive and lowered my average blood sugar?
