How could you recommend Deca or even HGH for that matter if you don't know his stats? For all we know he could be 18 160 lb.

If you have tendonitis like I do, Just rest the area. Not much you can do to help it. I've done plenty of research on this crap and all I found is a couple of things.

1) Trigger point therapy
2) Cortisone shot
3) Rest the area and don't do movements or lift heavy weight that will irritate the tendonitis.

I was going to try Trigger point therapy today (the guy charges 30$/hour), but since I rested my arm for 3 days, the pain is completely gone.

To me, resting is the best medicine for tenonditis. Don't do heavy weight or anything that will make it flare up again. You should be fine.

cortisone make the tendons weaker; 100% sure about that.

tiger therapy is real good advice IMO.

piperine is good supplement. ( in fact i'm looking since 3 months all it could be usefull) Irish organic cilicon make helth the tendons more quicker.

All the rest of the advice above are good.

That is interesting Kane. I had problems with tendons in the past and the doctor used to give me cortisone. I found it to be effective especially when combined with some common sense like rest and avoid heavy weights...... I also found avoiding the free weights and being selective with machines as an alternative took alot of the strain off.

For example.... my left elbow was a problem area for about a year and a half.... I avoided the free weights (except dumbbells). Would use some of the nautilus equipment. When I would do curls with my left arm I could use my right hand to apply a bit of pressure to my left elbow and it allowed me to train relatively well until it healed up.

I will definately keep the supplement you mentioned in mind as I am sure that it will flair up again at some point now that I am back at it!!

ALL GOOD INRO THANKS. but the question was has anyone ever heard of test E being shot in the arm and it workin.on elbow pain? im running test e now @500 aweek in the quad, but if it will help my elbow guess where its going

No, I've heard of guys saying it made their tendons hurt while cycling it, I have never felt that but heard the stories. Only thing I've heard of to help sore muscles or joints is cortisone. It's supposed to be a real uncomfortable shot and was told it can make the muscles harden if used to much. Again I don't know how true the last part is so don't quote me on it.

I have a problem and have had for quite a few years with my left arm. I got a good round of tendonitise and have been to my doc, a specialist and physical therapy. None of it worked. I was getting deep tissue massages after being iced down for about a half hour, then was getting dexamethazone (SP?) treatments. They hook up this little electrical machine to some patches and put the meds on the patch and the electricity causes it to absorb into the body on the spot you need. Did that for like 6 weeks and nothing. Still hurts when here and there, mainly when doing back or bi's. I just stop doing the exercise I was doing if it starts to cat up and try something else that doesn't bother it as much.

Irish organic cilicon.. I will buy this tomorrow :D

Also, I liked the old avatar Kane. This one is freaky..!
