The lab can make a difference, I've noticed big swings using my doctors office versus LabCorp, must be in the assay and mega mentioned... I am not sure how they doc orders it.
It's probably the injection timing, if you can't remember how you had it done (how far your pin was from labs) then you likely didn't do it within the exact thing time frame. Peak is 36-48 hours post injection then everyday thereafter it decreases so just a day or two in timing between labs will make it different.
Surprised he's so basic if he's willing to let you have a total T of 1300, Christ my doc has a stroke at a TT of 900 because she thinks anything above is unhealthy... this is why I left her last week after our argument.

I can tell you mine can be in the 400's if taken too late and in the 1100's if to early. I mean 2 days difference even.
So to illustrate. I Inject Mon/Thurs. If I inject Mon morning and go in Friday morning and skip the Thursday injection till after my draw on Friday, I can be 400. If I inject Mon evening and go in Thursday morning before my injection I could be 1100.
You need to be very accurate on the timing of the draw.
yea, my dr has always been a bit stiff on branching out...wont test for E2...gets mad if i bring up concepts ive seen here (hcg,etc.)i guess the reason i stick around is ive never had an issue with refills or questioing my sometimes high levels....but id sure like to expand and get a doc more deeply involved and open to other ideas
