Test P/TBol/NPP

You've always been nice at a detailed log w workout details. Nice job.

Has the NPP offered any results that you wouldn't have seen with just prop? I've never run it and also have heard only good things... Just curious...

Keep up the hard work bro

hows the back holding up milk?

Back's holding up alright. I have decided the reason I have the issue is because my right light is approximately 1 inch shorter then my left leg. I was squatting today and realized that my stance is all jacked up because of this issue. I'm going to have to go to a message therapist and chiropractor to see if they can straighten all this out for me.

I haven't been on the NPP long enough to decided if it's any good yet. I will let you know shortly what I think about it.

My dad and I both have the same problem. Doesnt bother me yet, but he has to get all his shoes/boots/sneakers custom fitted with a 1in lift in the shorter legs. Its helped him immensly, you may want to check into it if its cheap enough.

EDIT: you can also have lifts made that you can take out and put into new/old shoes.

I would look into that if it meant that I could still lift heavy, etc... Something tells me that it wouldn't do as much with heavy training as someone who just lives a "normal" life...

I'm hoping for something slightly more permanent.

Damn Milky coming in at 258 now, NICE! How's BP or anxiety with recent gain in weight?

Looks like bench is almost at the 315x5 mark, I know your gonna like that again.

Well dude with recent injuries from car wreck I will not be at Monsters of Bench this yr, but your more then welcome to take some snow mobiles out here in the hills, lol

I may be going down to check out some real estate and go to the show just to network and find out all the good gyms... Don't know if I'm ready to pull heavy yet and I know that I'm I bench I'll embarrass myself lol.

Sorry to hear about the car wreck.

This cycle looks great. My next cycle (4th) will definitely look like a lot like this.

The only thing I might do differently is go for 20 weeks and run boldenone acetate instead of NPP. I ran NPP last cycle and loved it, but I can get my hands on some boldenone acetate and I wanna try it out. I also find that I keep gaining on into 20 weeks so I run cycles a bit longer.

Why are you running it for 14 weeks?

Have you considered using S-4 during PCT?

Really cheap real estate in certain parts of Cor******* near moon. As your girl can tell ya it's a good part and bad and the good part is o.k. but you can get great deals on real estate there. Before we left my chic worked at remax and man some of the deals were insane, if you need a good guy down there let me know he can get you anything like what I look for foreclosures, early sales all kinds of shit.

Really can't get any better then Cellis bro as you know but if you aint livin in the city then i dunno i wouldn't join. Extreme is very nice in Rob***** but pricey, DONT join World Class shitty bench and rack but great owners

My absence

So, I'm not dead... Just very busy...

Recently, I have been working too much for my own good and have been very busy during my free time as well... I'm still running the same dose of gear as I was previously and I have been holding steady between 255 and 260.

Dosages are still 200mg Test Prop EOD and 150mg NPP EOD...

Some notable lifts....

Bench Press 365 x 1
Bench Press 315 x 5, 275 x 12, 225 x 20 (all in the same training session)
Deadlift 440 x 1 (back is finally starting to feel a lot better)

*I determined that it was Squatting heavy that messed up my back initially and not the Deadlifting, so I won't be Squatting anymore for the time being.

I'll try and stop by more frequently.

are you noticing any difference or advantage to running the short ester of nandrolone compared to deca?

waz up mofo. just my feedback on deca vs. NPP was deca didn't do dick for me and I was on a good diet and o.k. training split. NPP made me feel like fucking he man at 150mg EOD for 10 week's. However the NPP dropped me hard bro but that could had been cause it was my 6 cycle I dunno but I couldn't bounce back and then went on trt. Ive tried a lot of compounds, I liked Anadrol the most simply because after a few sets of bench or what not I could literally watch myself blow up in the mirror, the pumps were amazing and I felt like I was on E 24 hrs a day and strength increase was amazing. But the NPP was my 2nd favorite, shit kicked in like 3 day's and I felt like that fuckin Russian in the gym from that old Rocky movie, lol. Just thought I would throw that out. Sorry to chime in on this 2 month's after you asked milky but I to have been crazy busy.

hey Dlove thanks for the feedback, glad to see you posting. I think the Milkman lied, he is really dead. He posted like a mofo when he was a punk college kid, now he's a working slob like the rest of us. It's tough Milk, been there done it, hope all is well.

Come on man. 60 hours a week, training 3-4 days a week, closing on a house in a different state, and job searching takes all the hours in the day hahaha... I wish I was back in college though. The good old days.

I will be posting some updates tomorrow after my training session.
