Test Prop and Winnie Cycle

Before I start here are my stats:

Age: 21
Weight: 78KG.s
Height: 1.7m
BF: 14.5% measured on a 9 point measurement.
Lifting experience: 4years
Previous Cycles: None
Diet: Strict

I am about to start my first ever cycle. I want to make some quality, lean gains. It is summer here by us, so I want to try and stay shredded (for now) will bulk up properly in the new year.

I do want to pick up size, but keep stay relatively lean. I don't plan on being shredded to the bone, just want to be something to look at while on the beach.

I want to know more or less what results I van expect from 8-10 week winnie and Test Prop cycle. I have read that prop injections are painful ones, but I'll bear with it.

I will be running it as follows:
50mg oral Winstrol every day.
250mg Test Prop on Tuesdays and Thursdays, glute injections.
PCt will consist of Nolvadex and Clomid.
Both of these will be from DragonPharma

Is this a propper way to run the cycle?
Is this a good cycle?
More or less how much will I be able to gain on this cycle?

welcome to the board :wavey: I want to thank you for giving us all your stats straight out of the box. Now that tells me at least you've been reading some of the forum.

Sorry man I gotta agree with porckchop he told you the best advice and that I to wait. Listen man I do know what it's like to wanna just do this however in the long run it is VERY unhealthy for you. If you have been reading like I think you have then you should know why.

You have not come close to your natty potential...really you have not. You should get some BW and see for yourself what your test level is. You don't need a doctor, look on this forum and you will see Private Lab to order a test level.

It is very basic to learn how to eat more calories and the right food and you need to learn that, probably more then you are now. You did say a strict diet , OK. Also how you train for mass. DO you have a full time partner ? If now get one and consistently train with overload to failure and beyond. You should have a partner for that.

At your age you will grow and at this age you will see in the next few years a maturing and hardening of your muscles.

Train n eat for a few more years and it will come. :)
 
Also Winstrol is very hard on your joints and if you train as I was saying at your age this would not be good. AND Winstrol is a finishing steroid to mostly be used pre-show. Anytime I have run Winstrol I have stacked it with Deca for joint therapy.

Thanks for the responses guys. Will do the hard thing to do, and wait about longer. Will try increasing my calorie count per day. Also on a hard search for an equally committed gym partner (which really isn't easy). Will wait for my muscles and hormones to rathe mature a bit, then try cycling.

Wow OP such a welcomed reply on your part.

I gotta tell you the wanting to pull the trigger doesn't go away easy but you can get satisfied it you do a I suggested. When I started way back in 80 I was married and was going to College pat time working full time. I hooked up with a student that had a few years under his belt. He was in his early twenties and me 30. We hit it off great and trained like animals. Smart animals Haa.

Listen this guy and I became best of buddies to this day. He helped me put my gym together in So. Fl. seven years from the beginning.

You can't believe when you train with a partner how much farther you can push. He was always a little ahead of me with the lifting so it was a fight to keep up and I did. The ability to push to over load and beyond until your muscles fill with lactic acid and they STOP. Yea can't move the weight so your partner just has to take it from you. Getting to work each other to just keep the weight moving and not to have it taken away by over spotting. It's the greatest feeling when you n your partner get close and he knows you. You both are keeping track of each other.

So get a dedicated partner train, eat and get good rest. It wil make a big difference with your speed of growth. WE found a 3 day routine was the best or for me. 3 days to do all your body and one day off and do it again. Workout days revolved no weekends off just 3 on and 1 off and 3 on again.

For your first cycle use test only for quality lean gains, just have your diet in check and understand how you need to eat to fuel the inner beast. :)
 
Just noticed you should fuel the inner beast in a few years. Hard work, solid diet and rest will get you where you want to go. Just the way it is brother. No one is going to give you a thumbs up. You may understand that some day.
 
BTW WINNY blow s for the returns unless ur friggen huge. It does CUT YOU UP.

It dries out advanced ( much more advanced than I son ) guy s out to get those striations showing. Winny for a 1 st timer is not cool regardless of your local drug dealers affirmations. He s just another miscreant malcontent moving gear.
