Yeah stand up for sure and keep pressure off it. I put 2.5cc into ventro today and I'm at sub6% bf and had no issues. I've worked up to that tho

i wish they made 5/8 inch 29g insulin needles in 2-3ml syringes.. it would make ed injections on cycle a piece of cake!
