Test prop. No energy

Hey guys I'm currently on a cycle of test prop and have no energy whatsoever. My sleep, and diet are all in check in check and I know my gear is legit. I've been injecting eod for five weeks and have gained 8 pounds of muscle.

My stats are:
Age- 20
Height- 5'11
Weight- 145
Cycle- 1st
Years training-4
Bench- 215
Squat- 275

And guys I already know I'm an "idiot" and "too young" to be on AAS but I'm to the point where I'll just do whatever it takes to play baseball again. And at 145 it's realistically not going to happen without some help.

I also have clomid on hand for PCT.

So can you guys help me on suggestions on how to gain energy or further help my cycle? I'm taking jack3d pre-workout and it gives me just enough energy to fight through my workout. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome to ology. You already stated that you know you're too young so i'm not even going to address that since you're already into the cycle. Are you running an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) with this? If not you should start one right away. The fatigue could be due to elevated estro. But you really are not ready for this so it would be in your best interest to stop now and do post cycle therapy (pct). Bro, at 145 your diet is not in check and you do not need assistance to get your weight up. You need more calories. Do me a favor and count up you're calories and give me your macronutrient breakdown.

As for diet here it goes, it may not be spot on but it's very close.

B-fast- 4 eggs, 1 cup oatmeal
Snack- protein shake, banana
Lunch- 2 tuna sandwiches
Snack- protein shake, banana
Pre-workout- jack3d
Post-workout/ dinner 2 tuna sandwiches

I also eat some chips (lays) :/ with the lunch and dinner meals. Very few though. I just can't stand eating. Almost never have an appetite and have to make myself eat. I am very consistent on my diet though since I started. Though not so much before.

So the Cals. =2,600g
Fat= 77g
Protein= 214g
Granted I haven't been on this type of diet for long but I have gained 8 pounds so far so I'm at least partially satisfied. Do I need to add another meal? Or snack.

2600 calories and you expect to gain muscle?????????? you need to EAT if you are bulking its not uncommon to eat 5000 or more. Also you need to up the protien as it seems too low for your goals. An your age shows tht you have NO clue what having your diet in check means. I would go talk to 3J he will get your diet spot on for you.

I'm actually having no problem gaining muscle, just lack of energy and appetite. And I'm eating a lot more then I was before my cycle. I just thought I would have more energy off AAS, not less.
 
145lbs & 20 years old? wow.. What dose of prop you doin eod? You should be eating around 3-3.5k cals per day at your weight. Probably should be on low dose AI.
 
Your lack of energy is due to the fact that your not feeding that newly gained muscle. You need to figure out your BMR and then make a diet strategy to ensure you are in a caloric excess condition. Also for most the type of carbs you eat and the timing will have a huge impact on your energy level.
 
Dude thats a high dose. You really need to be using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) with that. And you don't need that much gear. 125eod would do you just fine.

I've been boosting it as the cycle goes on. I'm about to slowly take it down and start PCT.

I also had a lot of energy at the gym today, and pretty good energy overall. Although I'm almost 100% sure it was because of the jack3d.

How many cycles have you run? Do you have an AI? And your diet is very far from spot on. You have a lot to learn there. Protein shakes should never be a substitue for a meal unless necessary. 2600 calories is not nearly enough for you to grow. And the protein needs to be up to at least 300.

No Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand, only clomid for post cycle therapy (pct). My cycle only lasts around another week and a half. So should I run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and clomid?

I ate very little before I started. So I've raised my calories about 500. And protein by a very good bit.

So should I add another meal? Or two? If so do you have any good, easy suggestions? And please, no more tuna. lol
 
250eod..without an AI? get some aromasin asap.. 25mg eod..

so you were eating very little before you started this cycle?? then only upped your cals by 500? you should have went up 1000-1500

eat another 700-800cal meal.. you should be around 1200cals from protein.. 800cals from fat.. and 1000-1500cals from carbs IMO

If you can do this, I'd stay on cycle for 12 weeks. Just my opinion, if your 100% the gear is legit.
 
I would not stay on cycle for another twelve weeks. You clearly don't know what you're doing. At this point with a week and a half left, if no estro sides have occured you won't need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Just finish and run post cycle therapy (pct). Do more research before cycling again. First, get diet in check. Second, wait until you're older. You could have really fucked yourself up here. Dose was way too high for first cycle and having no Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand is not good.

Research and learn before you start a cycle... good lord.
 
250mg EoD is way too high, especially without an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), for a first cycle, at age 20.

I would get nolva as well for post cycle therapy (pct) to use in conjunction with the clomid.

And also, the f!@# are you doing only eating 2600 calories?.

I don't get how you say "I'll do whatever it takes" to gain weight and play baseball, but you refuse to address the root of your problem--your diet. Do you honestly think you'll be able to hold onto that new muscle you've acquired at 2600 calories a day?
 
Ive thrown up twice from eating so far. I don't know why my body's appetite was so low. Recently it has finally changed. I still don't have a great appetite but its definitely starting to kick in. Energy is going way up to. I also gained 5 pounds yesterday alone.

Injecting 150 mg again. 250 made my *** sore.

Ask real questions and take our advice on this website... In the mean time, do as much research as possible and don't take anything else for at least 4 years from now... lol If it annoys you so much, don't fucking click on it. And I said I gained 5 Pounds yesterday. Not AFTER I dropped the dosage. I said I was going to inject 150mg again. That means next time I shoot. Not that I already have.

I also said I knew about the risks, and am taking a chance. So why even post?
