Test result in! (Help) im confused on the results and her response

Long story short I got my levels checked due to the knot coming back and reappearing. She told me it wasn't gyno. Said it may just be scare tissue that just is changing in size? But here are the results. Isn't my new test level considered low to be almost 23?! I noticed she said the blood was drawn in the afternoon. That could explain a lot about the low levels.

To answer your question though, yes, 490ng/dl is quite low for a 23yr old. However, that blood work is biased and your probably not actually at 490. You need to be retested and have blood drawn first thing in the morning. Within a couple hours of waking up before a night of good sleep. Your previous bloods were pretty great.

Test levels should be pretty high that early. Maybe one of the older guys (experienced) has better information on this. It does seem low if they did collect that early. Did you train beforehand?

If you did have it drawn at 9 then yeah it's pretty low. You should look into Clomiphene monotherapy, and if that fails then look at hCG + dual SERM therapy.

Okay, weird. Yeah your quite low. Like I said, look into the various treatments to try and get your HTPA functioning again.

You need follow up blood work. LH, FSH, Estradiol, Prolactin, Vitamin D, TSH, CBC, Meta-bolic Profile. Let's try and figure out what is going on.

Edit: Never mind. I see them now. Seriously... just type them in next time or put them in just one screen shot showing everything. Don't make use open up 6 pics.

You don't need TRT. You are not hypogonadal.

You just need to run PCT again.

Ok thanks, Ya I just told her about the ph I took when I was about 19. Then shortly after tried a test cycle, felt it was bunk and dropped it. Used letro on cycle and clomid as pct. then a year or so later I did a test e cycle, was about 12 or so weeks 500 a week, letro and clomid and raloxifene. I tried the ral. And such before and after cycle for the knots I was having from the ph. A short time after I took cycle and did my pct, a year or so later (past winter) my knots hurt again. So finally went to her through my college , and she ruled out gyno. Do to shape feel etc and said it may be scar tissue from gyno that went away. Because after gaining a solid 30lbs of fluff this winter it started hurting again. So idk what to do from here and could use any help possible guys!
