Adult male reference interval is based on a population of lean males
up to 40 years old.

Free Testosterone(Direct) 28.2 HIGH 9.3-26.5 pg/mL 02

Estradiol
Estradiol 23.6 7.6-42.6 pg/mL 01

Most importantly, how do you feel? Your testosterone values look solid.

If you don't feel all that great, I'd see where your estradiol value is via the sensitive assay. I've had standard E2 readings around 30 but the sensitive assay showed that I was at 10. I felt terrible with low E2.

I feel pretty good the only thing I've noticed is I have been getting acne more like cystic

I experienced some breakouts when my E2 was low, but that's just me. I'm not sure if that's a common side effect of low E2.

Your E2 is on the low side. What is your medication protocol?

Are these peak, mid-point or trough levels for the blood work?

100mg test cyp twice weekly
.5mg liquidex twice weekly
.45ml hcg twice weekly out of a 5000 unit vial

I'm not sure what peak, midpoint, or trough means? this is my first blood work

I would consider dropping down to .25mg of adex twice weekly.

Peak, trough, mid refers to when the blood work was done relative to your last injection. Your blood serum levels don't stay static between injections. They are on a curve with a peak and trough. It isn't linear.

thanks for the info, I got my bloodwork the day after my injection

do you think that could be causing getting more frequent acne?

Acne is tough to pin down. Some claim to get it from high estrogen, others get it from high t. For example, when I adjust my dose up, I get acne even with low estrogen. But... It generally cools off over the following month or two as the body adjusts.

That would be pretty close to peak. I know I feel the best 24-48 hours out from a shot. Get your next blood work done the morning of a shot, before you take it for a trough comparison if you want one. Since you are doing twice a week there shouldn't be to much difference, a few hundred ng/dl difference tops.

If your test was done 24 hours after injection, as stated you were close to peak and your e2 was only 23.6. That would be low for peak. Take your test next time at trough. You want to know the lowest you're every going to be for both test, and estrogen. So let's say your shot is Monday morning. Go first thing to get the blood work. If they open at 730am then be there, get your test, and do your next test injection and AI dose AFTER the blood work. This will tell you the lowest you will be ever. It's not a bad thing to know peak. But, I've been dialing in my numbers of trough, not peak. This is what appears to be recommended.

You may want to add in some DIM, B5 (Pantothenic Acid, Zinc, and maybe Biotin if you continue to have skin issues.
